Has anyone tried withdrawing lately from BetPhoenix? I would like to know whether you've experienced any problems. I played that no deposit bonus, and my first withdrawal request got declined because I had not send necessary documents.

Then I sent the documents and made a new request, waited for five days but still my withdrawal was stated as "Requested". I had also not received any e-mail concerning documents so I contacted live chat, and then heard that I'd need to send ID verification again. After doing that I was told that everything's OK and now I'd just need to wait 5-7 days again.

Today when I went to check if there had been any change in the state of my withdrawal request, I found out that my request was declined again! I immediately contacted live chat and here's the conversation:
