        Me: tgr***********
Anna: The thing is that the promotional email offered you to create an account at Golden Riviera, tried FP and after depositing you would get Free Play winnings + 50 Free Spins on Riviera Riches.
Me: IT OK I can use the free play, but ALSO want the 50 free spins
Me: I just register a account
Anna: I can see that. But you will be able to get 50 Free Spins after you deposit. You can deposit either to claim winnings from Free Play or to get Initial Match Bonus (100% up to $125).
Me: well change the way it's say' I'm work in marketing, went u say no deposit it uselly say no deposit
Me: no deposit required, plus 50 Complimentary Spins on the Video Slot
        Me: it's clear to me
Anna: The promotional email included the link to Terms and Conditions. I am sorry that the marketing text confused you, Serge!
Me: suppose to be " AFTER YOU DEPOSIT YOU GET 50 free spins
Me: you use the word " FREE " but to you it's not free
Anna: I understand you. We have already sent the request to Marketing Department. I am very sorry for this!
        Me: USE THE CORRECT WORD
        Anna: I understand you completely.
Me: It cleary say " 2500 Complimentary Credits witch mean 25.00$ + 50 free spins
Me: doesn't say anything about freeplay and deposit
Anna: 2500 Complimentary Credits implies Free Play
Me: so why not say free play
Me: Our Valentine's gift to you:
You're gonna love this... we're spoiling you with 2500 Complimentary Credits to try out any of our casino games on offer, no deposit required, plus 50 Complimentary Spins on the Video Slot, Riviera Riches.
Anna: The promotional mail was mainly to attract our players to casino Golden Riviera. If player is interested, he/she would contact us in chat for the details
Me: read this and tell me what you see " GIFT - NO DEPOSIT
Me: what kind of english do speak
Anna: '2500 Complimentary Credits to try out' - this implies playing credits - Free Play
Anna: No deposit is required for 2500 credits - that is the truth.
Me: it's very bad way to write it
Anna: After that it says PLUS, so this is the additional offer, but it's not NO Deposit
        Me: wow
Me: Our Valentine's gift to you:

Those who are already very familiar with Microgaming, Rival and RTG offers will know that the offer refers to 'Free Play - no deposit required'. Anything else would mean depositing first to get the extra.

Needless to say, you are not the only one fooled by this play of words. Neither will you be the last too. Early last year (2012), I got fooled by a Playtech casino's offer of 200%...I deposited but got only 50%. I immediately complained to live support, citing the email's offer, but the chat host said the 200% bonus was for $100 deposits only. After much argument, I was finally offered a 100% bonus. I took the offer but told the host that it would be my final deposit at their casino! I then closed my account!

Once bitten twice shy...they can fool me once...but not twice.

Situations like these is what makes me constantly advise to do one of two things: either check promotion terms thoroughly or if you're just too lazy to do that, get yourself informed via live chat.

Few main sentances of various promos always sound tempting but rarely contain everything you need to know about it (particularly those in promos offered by mail)

After getting some experience, as kazzi and Afi4wins said, you'll know pretty well what to expect from casinos of same group or software they are powered with.
