      hi check mine too. and it gave me a code. when i went in to redeem it, it gave me a code. i entered the code and it says it has been redeemed already. i was told another customer claimed it and i cant. they offered me a100% match. so i called and now i a m on hold. they are asking me wheere code. i told them there site. now they told me they dont c code. they told me to walk through steps and tell them what i am doing. three more times i get code. now i am on hold

      after holding they said the system made a mistake and gave two peope the same code. so i nothing. thats b.s.

      It did the same to me... I am going to contact support too...

      becasue there sytem is messed up, they wont give us what was advertised.  He told me no.  so i wrote an email to a manager.

      No, no, I think when they fix the problem with the codes they are going to send email to all and that should include you... If and when I find out it is fixed I will come back here and let you know too... you might want to chat with them again now that they do know about the problem... but I don't think you need to...

      hey everyone, i did get an email from jackpot saying i couldn't redeem code, but they would give me a 10 bonus. when i logged in there was $30.

      I have no idea how the presents work...the web page was down for several days and by the time I logged in and they finally had my info I was already at station 2. I recieved gift number 2 for $20, but didn't get gift number 1. I sent in an email to support asking how it works 2 days ago and they STILL haven't bothered to reply
