"This account is disabled" on Betcirca

today I decided to try Betcirca because of this Deep Blue HD slot game. It went so well after I kept getting the free spins up to almost 100 free spins and seem like more coming. Suddenly the game window was shut down and when I tried to reopen, the free spins were gone and my account was disabled without any good reasons.

Did this ever happen to anyone?

I have never had that happen at a casino where my account was disabled. Are you saying it was temporarily disabled because sometimes when you lose connection you have to wait for like ten minutes before logging back in. Sometimes the free spins features will have already played out with your new balance or waits until you return.

If it was permanently disabled and you still can't get in i would contact support and find out why. Please follow up and lets us know.

Yeah rena. I deposited 10€ and got 10€ Bonus.

During the free spins I went up to 300€ and still had like 40+ free spins left. I was so sure that I could still win more from those free spins. It was like 3 scatters kept coming. Suddenly....gone!

That sucks. Is your balance larger than it was when you were disconnected?  If not, maybe you should contact them again and ask about these free spins that you had and why they are not there now.

The balance stayed the same. It was 300s. And now the Deep Blue game was offline. This is really weird.

After my account was back on again. I hardly won anything so I went down to 120€. I was like whatever. Now I am just gonna cash out. 110€ profit is still better than nothing.

I think I am done with them.
