        Before I begin this is just a word of caution to anyone that might play there, not a cry baby sob story.  So I deposit money in the site, and know all the rules and hoops I have to jump through to cash out, and I am in no way complaining about doing anything like that.  This is much more disturbing than people not giving you money. So I win 1000 dollars, meet the wager requirements and start the document verifying processes, and send them my card front picture, id, and a utility bill, I don't have a check yet at this time with the correct address, so I had to wait on those which are still arriving.  Now a week later, I get a call from my bank telling me that someone in the UK has tried to use my card several times, but was canceled because it was from outside the US.. Now I know this is cloudy, but I have never had an incident with fraud or someone else using my card before, and now, after I sent in a picture to some casino site, I get someone using my card... Obviously I will not be sending them my voided check even when I get them so I guess I can kiss the 1k goodbye too.  I have contacted security as that is all support could suggest, and haven't herad anything in a day.. AGAIN this is just a word of caution, I would ask that you put 21dukes on your main page with a asterisk that there could be some possible risks associated with it like all the other top game sites have on them.. Thanks for hearing my story.

        I cannot seem to contact their security anymore, surprise surprise, they answered me after I sent in each document in like 5 minutes now its been 2 days.  Does anyone know someone from 21dukes on this site?  I would like to at least hear SOME response to my accusations, even if they deny it? Weird

          This sounds really worrying lynchie.  I did notice they are not regulated which is not a good sign.

          When you sent your card, did you black out anything?  Never ever send the CVV code on the back of your card (those last 3 digits on the back).

          I've not seen any complaints recently but in the past there were but nothing like someone cloning your card and trying to use it outside your country.

          Has the site been hacked do you think or is it an inside job?  Maybe the best you can hope for is to get your deposit back. 

          I did note in a previous thread that someone made a withdrawal, the withdrawal was denied and the casino invoked the 14 day rule.  The 14 day rule is: unless you complain within 14 days of an incident, they will not respond to a complaint after 14 days has elapsed and will ignore the complaint completely.  I recommend you complain about the delay asap. 

          In the above case, the deposit was refunded and the winnings were lost.

          Do you homework  and check casino reputations before starts play - Specialy if you are from Usa and cant play in 95% Trust and safe brands.   

          And most casinos who take USA traffic are  Poor Quality  Hgh risk or Scam. so you need be cerful
