After a small $25 deposit, and a very easy win of $700 I decided to cash out of the new casino 21 Dukes. Live Chat was great, and helpful, and after my docs were sent in and approved almost instantly I started the wait for my money.
This is where the hiccup started. I was told "at the latest" my withdrawl would be processed in 72 hours. . Well I guess I misunderstood. I thought I would have it in 72hrs, which is not the case. After it is approved it goes to what is called the "platform" and then it can take up to 7-14 days to be put into my ewallet express account.
Live help realized that this is not exactly clear in their terms and conditions, and I was told they are working to correct this misunderstanding. I was asked to be patient as they are new and are going thru the first round of issues.
Again, Live chat was very helpful and polite. I felt appreciated and important as a player. Each time I inquire about my withdrawl I am treated with respect, yet asked to be patient. I was even given a $10 chip for my troubles. HAHA Which isn't exactly what it is going to take to make me happy when I have $700 out there somewhere.
I think this is going to be a good casino for Top Game, but you may want to hold off on a deposit till a few more of the bugs get worked out.
I'll keep everyone updated when I hear anything else.

- I'm having the same problem with this casino.
I won off my 23 free chip, made the playthrough and could cashout the max. of $100 from it.
But I had to make a $25 deposit first.
As this $25 was my last playmoney for this month, I asked support first how long it would take for my withdrawl to hit my Neteller.
He said, please allow up to 72 hours for a first time withdrawl.
The next day I made my deposit, and my balance of 100 vanished and was replaced by 87,50 , my deposit and the welcomebonus.
Contacted support again, another person this time, he told me no worries, just mail your ID documents and Neteller account number and all will be fine.
Asked him again how long it would take, got the same answer, up to 72 hours. That was last Sunday afternoon.
Mailed my docs immediately and played my deposit and bonus back to zero.
Heard nothing back from them ever since, and as the 72 hours had passed today, decided to go and ask if all was fine, if docs. were received etc.
Got again another person, he said documents were received and and all was forwarded to the gaming platform (?).
When I asked how long it would take he said 7-14 days!!
And when I said to him I was told something completely different last weekend, he just cut the connection!
Really, I have not been rude or impolite to him at all, just asked a question and said it was a different answer than last weekend.
I don't mind waiting for a few days, a week, as long as I KNOW I have to wait.
I was expecting the money today or tomorrow, now it appears both chatreps were blatantly lying to me about the withdrawltimes.
I hope I will ever see my money, I'll keep you updated as wel.
I'm somehow afraid it won't be this year, but who knows..
Btw, my Neteller shows that the payment was made to Rich casino, so its probably a sistercasino to Rich.
Anyone knows if they are reputable?

Yes, I always tend to get very sceptical in such cases, sorry..
I just feel lured in, because if I had known this, I would have let those 100 sit there in my account until I have some balance again in my neteller.
Lets just hope its gonna be 7 days, not 14, and that all days of the week count, lol.
My experience with Rich Casino...if these two are sisters. I won $500 cash in a contest back in Sept. I had made a $25 deposit, did not win on it, but won the contest.

After I sent my docs in I was told Rich only processes withdrawals on Mondays. Of course this was on Tues! I did have my money in my quicktender account the following Tues.

The wait continues.
Got a nice email from Christopher assuring me I would get it soon, but that finance had to call me at home to verify something or another. (Above and beyond the docs I already sent in.)
I am told it will be today. So I sit and wait for it, you know how it goes, and it never comes.
I get back on live chat tonight and talk to Mark. He says they are now having technical difficulties with withdrawls and could give me no time frame of when it would be processed or when I would even get the call. Hmmmm
This is beginning to sound like a delay tactic to me. I am losing my patience a little each day with 21 Dukes. Each day it is always some other reason they cannot give me my withdrawl. Them being new, technical difficulties, etc.
I will keep you up to date if I get any new word.

That really sucks the run around you are getting. Thanks for bringing awareness to us. I really hope you get paid soon and they pull through. I just can't understand why these casinos don't pay their players. It's not like they are hurting. They are making a ton of cash from players.
These are the type of casinos that will ruin there reputation. Hold on tight girl there may still be some light at the end of the tunnel.

If its Rich casino indeed, they only process on Mondays, its in their T&C's so why they keep giving you these empty promises is a mystery to me, as it only leads to dissapointments and players beeing even more pissed off.
If I don't have my money next tuesday I'll start bugging them again.
Lets just hope there's no need for that.

I heard nothing about any technical problems this morning like I did last night.
Just that eveything was clear on their side and waiting for the gaming platform to process it.
He stated again that their terms and conditions say 7-14 days.
I guess it doesn't matter to him that I recieved an email from Christopher saying I would get a phone call yesterday and would have my money after that.
