        another topic, and this time im once again sharing my experiences. this time its with 21grand casino.

        I met WR at a recent bonus and reached the max cashout of $105. Yesterday I made the minimum moneybookers deposit (i deposited previously ith no withdrawls and since it was with CC i needed to deposit with an e wallet) and requested a total wthdrawl of $130.

        An hour or so later Anna got in touch with me and told me she had put a $10 free chip in my account (be it with 70x WR). It was an "apetizer" chip so im guessing it was given to either tempt me to reverse my withdrawl or deposit before my withdrawl is processed. I am wise to these tactics now so it didnt wash. Although I had a few mins fun playing the chip.

        I asked about documents and I was told an email requesting documents (my birth certificate and bank statement copy as i mentioned to them before) would be sent withing 24 hours but still no request.

        I will keep you all updated on this wihdrawl and what happens. I tell things how it is. If they treat me like an idiot then I will treat them like an idiot by telling people how stupid they are. If they are great I will be singing their praises

          yeh me too, dont want to have to see off yet another rival casino with the great delete and uninstall buttons.

          oh yea was gonna say in the other thread, silly me goes and plays a 70jp again today... "vamp it up" again another deal or no deal clone... very lucky that i got the 70 quid jackpot + £10 win on top of it, 50 quid put i though... could well of been another disastarous day, dammit i should be able to quit playing em

            lol - easier said than done to quit them.

            Glad you got your dough back though.  I've heard of people putting over £200 in those machines!  Crazy.

            I'm a little further along in the withdrawal process with them.  I processed a cashout on 3/31 and didnt receive the email with the fax back form until yesterday 4/7.  I sent my ID and address verification right away so I slacked a bit on contacting support though.  So hopefully you receive your email sooner.

            I did receive an email stating my documents were verified this morning so hopefully it's a quick process from here on out.

            just a quick update.  They had my 2 withdrawals (I actually got to withdrawal $500 from my $6 in comp points) in my account on 4/9.

            6 days or so on from my request, still "pending" and theres been no request for documents...

            not happy at all,

            Certainly its looking like another rival that im going to wait to be paid and then run a mile by closing my account and never depositing again.

            Wouldnt be so bad if im not in need of the cash, spent past month completely redecorating the production studio and office, was hoping to buy a last few bits of equipment with that cash

            as an update...  on the 11th got in touch with live support, they forwarded me a request for identification.

            sent in birth certificate and bank statment scans that second.

            now (the 13th) had no confirmation and still my withdraw is "processing"

            not acceptable IMO,

            its been 8 days since i requested it and still waiting

            im sooo angry. i told them before I made a single deposit that i do not have photo ID since the UK government do not supply them nor do i drive or have ever been overseas and told them I do have birth certificate to send which they told me was fine.

            Furthermore the minimum deposit to withdraw the bonus was done via moneybookers since i can only withdraw via moneybookers. Tropica for example didnt ask for identification.

            Im one for telling the facts and I will be getting hold of a rep and seriously complaining
