Im playing there for almost 2 years now. In all that time i can say i had no problems with withdrawals (I use moneybookers/Skrill ) and live support was quite responsive and helpfull.

On the other hand bonuses were not among the best (although there are some nice ones from time to time). We now have exclusive $20 no deposit though.

I've found 21Grand here months ago.
They call me by phone and emailed me offering a lot of promos. I won about 400 time ago and cash out without any problem in a few days.
I've deposited about 900 in Mars 2012-No more winnings.

Then on the 4th of April they offered me a 180 % no max cash out.Deposited 100, met theWR and won about 3700.
I had to send my docs again
I couldn't cash out the entire amount, but 1000 plus 1000 ( the first one processed on the 13 th  and other on 23th
In the mean time I kept on playing so I hit other money.

I requested 1000 on the 4th of May, they're still "processing", other 1000 are still "reversable".

Into my balance I have 11000.(total winnings 15000)

So I wonder
1 how does they manage this kind of winnings?
2 do they pay the entire amount or mark you as "abuser"? (at the end I play my winnings, if they payed faster I didn't)
3 if things run well, for Xmas it will be all over?

As usual nobody answer to my questions, nobody call me, now.

They're very very slow payers.....not a good sign

I really don' understand.My last request dated a week later  it's not more there, my first , made before, it's still there.

I think their goal is to go people very nervous , so they reverse, at all

I deposited 100 complete WR and won 3600

First it tooks some time to have news about it. I sent all the requested. I had my first 1000  days later and 1000 on the 23 of April. In the meantime, I know this is not good, but...I had 1600 into my balance.I kept on playing and hit till 14000.Silence.
Emails and chat gave me the same answers.Silence

So I wrote to a friend of mine, administrator of an italian forum and he get in touch with them.

There I think there was a misunderstanding, cause the manager understood I talked very bad about his casino on that site.

So after days and days he finally called me. Truly it was very difficult to understand...cause even if my english is quite poor, his pronunciation was quite bad. I understood he was very angry (right?) and told me "I'm not use to call personally with players....(I think he was like a great honour for me...) We always pay, you have a big amount but it doesn't changes the rules.2000 every 2 weeks.You are free not to play here." and so on.

Then on the 15 of May I had 1000. My balance were increased cause I kept on playing, arrived till 1400 and stopped.

Then I saw no cash outs were coming and played again....My pending 2000 were still there for a long time (not 5 days as they say).

Finally I lost everything , I think it's their tricks to make player very nervous....I also know it's my fault....Luck is difficult and when she comes you have to stay quite....



At last I have 980 euro in processing status till the 15 of May....and nobody gives any answer.

At this time I can't play those, and really I think I learn my lession, but neither had no sign they give me this last trance.

you're right! In fact finally I get some good money and on one side I'm happy for it, cause I could help some people in trouble (earthquacke Northern Italy)

But, on the other side, I think that

at casinos is already difficult to win

It can't be a battle to have what you won.
