        Hi LCB'ers,

        I am having some problems with 3dice casino.

        I will start with just explaining a few things

        3dice casino have a chat where players can talk, and a rule is you are not allowed to complain in the main global chat about the games or losing or similar issues

        What would you consider a complaint

        Because since i have joined i have said sentences on numerous occasions which other members didnt think was a complaint as such but does come across a little as a complaint and i have been warned on numerous occasions about this too

        but basically i said these kind of sentences

        I cant win in real

        real is bad today

        no features

        sick to death of losing now

        cant win anything today,

        these are the kind of sentences i said, and may i also say i see others say 10 X worse sentences than this and they still are able to be in chat

        well basically i have now been banned from chat because of me saying these (not so bad sentences) 3dice casino reps are awesome but when it comes to even complaining a little tiny bit even though everyone does this they dont like it and punish their loyal depositing customers by banning them from chat and this means i will also not be able to take part in the free chat hunt and the free chat trivia tournaments because you need to be in chat for those.

        also the way i have and am being treated by 3dice support has been dreadful.

        Lance is the one that initially banned me and the day it happened he didnt answer support for an hour and half, he totally ignored me, and then Anna who is the floor manager always warned me on numerous occasions also, for really petty petty issues that are basically like kindergarten issues it is absolutely unbelievable, you know what else Anna said to me once in private message, she said this statement to me, you talk like a 10 year old, basically, so yes you heard me correct, Anna the floor manager of the casino said i talk like a 10 year old, she said this on a few different occasions to me which i find totally out of order. so because of that i decided i will send her prove so i sent her my expired provisional license so she could see, and she said she didnt want it but i sent it anyway, but at least that put an end to her accusing me of being 10 years old.

        Also, Enzo never replys to my emails, i sent a complaint email to him and he has not even got back to me, Anna is the one that keeps replying, so because we always deal with the same people we cant get matters resolved because it is always the same people dealing with customers

        Enzo is the owner of the casino and it upsets me that he cant reply to my emails and try and rectify this issue

        we all have unlucky streaks and all 3dice players always see people saying they are not winning in real today or saying sentences on that scale about there bad luck, but it seems i dont fall into that category of people that are allowed to say these things, Anna's argument is (you dont know i havent warned them too) and yes it is true i dont know if she has warned them too, but it looks to me she hasnt

        one last thing, there is 2 types of bans from chat a soft ban and a permanent ban for a period of time (mine being 1 month), but the thing is a soft ban still lets u log in chat but cant type which is what i was on up until today, and now they have put me on permanent ban so now that means i cant log in and take part in the chat hunt or chat trivia tournaments,

        so i went to support on the website and asked Anna and then she Threatened me and said if you continue to contact support for none support issues i will extend your chat ban for even longer

        all i said to her was this question and that statement above was her reply, i said Why have i been perm banned now i thought i was on soft ban so that means i cant take part in the chat hunts or chat trivias which is not fair at all as a depositing player.

        i feel i am being treated horribly.

        Ok vent over, i really hope this thread will help, and will help to rectify this issue and get support to start treating me much better.

        If anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it or if anyone can get hold of Enzo for me and ask him to contact me i would appreciate it too, thanks i have sent Enzo numerous emails to which i have had no reply

        Sorry for being banned Lucky,

        But, i do think that as you have been warned so many times and this are their rules, the ban was coming one way or the other don't ya think??

        Thank you and yes i did escape it a few times, but i was banned for 1 day in the past to which i was then unbanned. the ban doesn't bother me though (but it should be a soft ban too so u can still log in chat and take part in chat hunt and chat trivia tournaments) i feel that banning fully from chat is cheating customers of those 2 extra special tournaments, but what bothers me is the fact how they are treating me and dealing with me since the ban.

        Sorry to hear you got chat banned Lucky.

        However, as Johan mentioned, im not sure why you were risking to be banned in the first place, as many times you stated you found a good place to gamble (and i do share your oppinion on that). Since they are the ones who make the rules, we are the ones who can only obey or suffer the concequnces.

        once you were warned and didnt heed the woarning,  then lost your chat for a day and continued to do the same thing....you sort of had it coming if you wanted to continue to push their limits.......it is only chat so perhaps if you just let it go they will let you back after some time.

        yes i know this, but don't you all think the chat rules are a bit harsh, and other people complain in chat all the time.

        But like i said the ban doesn't bother me, what bothers me is how they are treating me now and the way i was treated by getting ignored for an hour and half by Lance and not getting a reply from enzo, all i would like is an apology from Lance for ignoring me,

        can i also say, Anna did apologize to me when she did accuse me of being 10 years old i forgot to say that in the original post,

        and may i also say thanks to all the replys i appreciate them

        and yes drtheolen they are the ones that make the rules

        Too bad Lucky but even though you are a regular depositor there, it doesn't really exclude you from the rules and I'm sure that other people were banned, too.

          I can see why they would have these rules in place - it can be very off-putting for new players to hear other players moaning about not winning or whatever their complaint for that day might be. 

          The casino is a great casino as you have already said a few times in the past and as far as I can see that has not changed.  As for your chat ban, take it on the chin and just patiently wait for your ban to be lifted.  That is the best advice I can give you Lucky.

          I understand the frustration for you and I understand the fact that this means you are excluded from a couple of tournaments but rules are rules and you must abide by them or you lose rights..as you have in this case.

          Wait patiently and all will be restored to you.  I also suggest to not contact their live help again for at least a few weeks.

          As for them saying you sound like a 10 year old - that isn't very nice at all and I think that particular part is out of order on their part.  Just try and let it wash over your head if you can.

          3dice does not ban people for no reason.  Complaining about the casino is certainly enough.  It is a business, do you think they want to hear negativity about their business in public?   Forget about the whole thing of "other people doing the same",  you got caught end of story.  

          You mentioned a ban of not being able to play some of the tournaments and it unfair because you deposit. I do not believe that 3dice has an obligation to give free money to everyone.  I am sure they can ban who they want from participating in them giving "free" money away.  Let me put it this way...If I owned a bar and a customer came in for free happy hour appetizers and they complained about my bar,  I would probably ban them from the free appetizers, go ahead and buy a drink but I am not allowing you to take advantage of my free stuff, continue complaining and I will tell you to take a hike for good.

          Enzo as the owner has no obligation to respond to a single email.  You are getting a response from the manager.  If you have a problem with your Toshiba computer I guarantee you that you will not get to complain to the president of Toshiba.

          I understand you are mad that Anna said you sounded like you were 10,  maybe she was trying to describe what you sounded like on the chat so that you would stop?  I really dont think the statement is bad, especially if your always complaining.  Actually I have to tell you that this post was written kind of childish,  maybe you have to reread what you wrote but this is what makes it childish to me.

          1)You have taken a "victim" position by saying you have been "treated horribly".  Why because they banned you and dont want to talk to you after you created some issues?.

          2) here is your statement: "Ok vent over, i really hope this thread will help, and will help to rectify this issue and get support to start treating me much better" ...   You think posting a thread that says you have done nothing wrong and it is unfair will get you reinstated? Then you take the victim position again saying "you hope this will get support to treat you better" . That is uncalled for.  Everyone in the online gambling world knows that 3dice support is one ofthe best out there  and treat people very nice &  fair.  Nobody will believe for a second that you were treated unfairly,  (other than some other people that have been banned)  And I am sure that you would even say that support was great while you were on there,  actually I think I might have even saw posts where you talked very highly of support and 3dice.  You said Anna has said to stop sending non support issues.  It sounds like you are harrassing them.  

          3)You have said other people do the same.  I dont even think I need to elaborate.  It simple you got caught, dont  worry about what everyone else is doing.

          Lucky Rj,  you really need to reread what you wrote, because if your point to this whole thing to be reinstated it is not going to happen by making a post saying you dont see the harm in what you have done and it is unfair.  Actually a post like this may just get you permanently banned with no consideration in the future.  Everyone knows that 3dice is not going to banned someone for nothing.

          but i did get an apology from Anna after she did say i acted like a 10 year old, and yes it was out of order on her part saying that, but also i said this because i was venting maybe she wont be happy i put this comment in the public domain, but given the circumstances i just thought i had too

          EDIT: BMWSTACK, i dont think this thread sounds childish 1 little bit, and i always re read what i write now, you know what it is like when you want to write stuff, we are thinking of soo many different things it is hard to get the write words said and the message we want to say across too.

          but thanks for your reply, and i do agree with a few other things u said

          even though 3dice gets alot of praise for customer support and fast payouts, alot of the comments are also about people who can't cashout.  Maybe it's a blessing in disguise and don't go there anymore.

          i never have any issues withdrawing from here, winning i do but thats the same with a lot of casinos always hard to win lol,

          i usually get my withdraws within 4 hours via moneybookers
