I have contacted 888.com's support regarding the LCB exclusive video poker 1400$ match bonus.
They keep redirecting me to the sign up bonus (which is up to 200$) and they are stating that they do not have records of such offer.
Can you please advise if this bonus has expired or if I am doing something wrong.
Sorry if I am being a pain, but I do not want to deposit 1400$ just to find out that there is no such bonus offer.

I don't know if you saw the "note" on the review. It reads:
"NOTEThe Welcome Bonus consists of 2 parts: (1) Instant 25% up to $50: provided immediately upon deposit; and (2) Follow-up 75%: provided once the comp points reach 3x the follow-up bonus amount. The instant part of the Welcome Bonus can be cashed out only after an amount totaling *20 times has been wagered."
That note is underneath the exclusive sign up bonus.
It seems strange that the "instant" is 25% up to $50 which doesn't really compute to the $1400 max...more like $200 max.

I'm pretty sure it won't be a mistake. The only thing is they could have ceased that offer. I hope they haven't stopped it for you as you are right, it is a really juicy offer.

I entered the casino's live chat through the account of a friend of mine, because this is the only option for live chat access.
After around 40-50 min chatting with the supervisor on duty the reply that I got was:
"Martin: This is not one that I am aware of currently running and I do not that the link which latestcasinobonuses.com provides is in out old style branding"

he said that he will forward it to their promotion team.
I have explained that it was raised two days ago with this department and I still do not have an answer. He double-checked the raised issues and concluded that it wasn't logged in and asked for the e-mail address, on which it was logged.
I gave him my friend's e-mail address and explained to him that when my friend spoke with the previous agent she advised that I should speak with them regarding this sign up bonus and that is why I am entering the chat from this account (cause they are not returning my e-mails)
Then he said that this is third party policy violation, logged off and locked my friend's account.
So I guess it is my fault for entering the live chat this way, but my question is still without an answer and I feel kinda bad for my friend.
