        Hello - I am new to the whole online casino thing.  I played at Rome Casino, which by the way the customer service has all been very nice I did win some, have a pending withdrawel since 1/14. I did sent to them all required documentation an received an email confirming they had received it all on 1/17. My question is if any of you might have a "kind-of" a timeframe I'm looking at as far as receiving my winnings? I am not able to get any kind of idea from the casino except they do guarantee I will get it an I dont wanna keep "bugging" them. I was using eWalletXpress.  Any response is appreciated

        I was told 8 days for most e-wallets.  I too have been waiting on a withdrawal.  Not for as long as you have, but since Saturday.  I'm anxiously waiting on that lovely e-mail from the cashier telling me my funds have been sent, but no e-mail yet.  But seeing that your well beyond the 8 business days.  I'd be getting ahold of someone to see whats going on.  I know I'll start burning up the rep at CM starting Friday if I don't see a payment.

        Hello - I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I did email Rome Finance Dept yesterday asking again for the status of my winnings, to date they have not responded. I did want show you the email they had sent previously when I had asked on Feb 1st, this was their response:

        I can completely understand your worry but please do believe me your withdrawal will be processed. It would not be in our best interests not to.

        As soon as I have an idea of a time frame I will be sure to notify you via email.

        Go into the casino and ask for Noah.  He's the customer service manager.  He'll get you taken care of.  I just got done talking to Noah earlier today and he's garunteed me payment by end of day tomorrow.

        My withdrawal was processed on 9:36 this morning. So mine was taken care of, took a little longer than the 5 business days, but I did get paid.  I think I won't be playing here again though.  Nice casino, nice graphics, great support, but one shouldn't have to get a customer service manager involved to get a payout processed.

        I just wanted to update and say that I did get my payout from Rome Casino.  I also wanted to say that Customer Support was always very pleasant to me, even though it did take a month to complete. Thanks for your site & all the wealth of information you offer on it

        I have two withdrawals peding from Rome Casino, one requested on 1/15/10 and the other on 1/18/10.  I'm very unhappy about the turnaround time, and really starting to doubt whether I will get paid.  I've sent several emails to finance w/ no response.  I also have a pending withdrawal from Diceland.  I didn't realize they were connected, and then I started getting matching emails one right after the other from the two casinos.  They are offerring nice bonus, but I'm hesitant to ever play at either casino again.  I will try to reach Noah tomorrow.
