Betfred was caught running rigged games. The games in question is also ran by other casinos such as BET365, Nordic Bet, Sports Bet, etc.

Betfred is offering a full refund on "ALL" loses on these games. Pressuring is mounting from players that a full audit on all Betfred's games come forth. Here is a portion of a press release by Betfred

While mistakes do happen, Betfred realise this is not acceptable. Neither Finsoft or Betfred would purposely mislead players, and will therefore actively compensate players on losses derived from the game over the last 6 months. The amounts should be in accounts by next Tuesday. Claims beyond 6 months will be accepted and honoured, too, but must be submitted individually

Here is a reply from the Auditor that caught Betfred's rigged games...

Any game that uses virtual physical elements (cards) is expected to work as-if the elements were actual physical elements. In other words, virtual cards should act like a physical deck of cards. That is law for U.S. land-based casinos. The question is why this program was ever written in the first place. It could only be viewed as deceptive.

That's a turn up for the books!  Kudos to Betfred to honour refunds on losses.  I expect bet365 etc will do the same (hopefully).

That one is down to the software company then or...?

Thanks for the info on this.

Betfred shouldn't receive any kudos...They are in on this and just playing their part. This is from the Auditor -  It involves multiple parties at many levels and is still in the discovery phase. Betfred has been almost entirely non-cooperative. Every other party has been entirely non-cooperative.

At this point, there is a growing list of major online casinos that should be considered as potential rogues. None have come forward to address this issue. The one casino caught in the crosshairs (Betfred) has at best directly implicated itself in this fraud. There is a software company that is definitely rogue. There is a software distributor that may be rogue. There is a governmental regulatory agency that is claiming no reponsibility in its oversight obligations. And so on.

Ahhhh, the tin foil hat man. Its been confirmed some of their games are rigged. It has been confirmed that BetFred knowingly continues to offer the same game without changing it. Despite stating its willing to refund losses. Its confirmed by Betfred's regulators. That is Betfred's responsibility to test its games, before making them live. Betfred has payout data on these games. And knew full well its wasn't paying as expected. So the question is now Mr. Tin Foil Hat Man. Who should people listen to. An Auditor who is highly respected in the gambling community. Or some Tin Foil Hat gambling Addicted. Who just needs a quick fix?

To date: we know the game IS faulty. We know the supplier is LIKELY complicit. We know the operators MAY be complicit. Since I sincerely doubt you're privy to each operator's internal memos and emails I nor you know what the casinos' intent is. No one knows the casinos are stalling. They have legal teams they answer to before posting just like any business. It may well turn out their intent is and was malicious. To date, we DO NOT know that.
And calling me an addict is out of line since you have zero clue as to my gambling activities.

Chocolateman name calling is absolutely not tolerated on this forum. If you want to debate that is fine and dandy but it must be done in a diplomatic way without any attacks on members.
