Been waiting for a check to be processed since January 27th.  Have been in contact with a rep for some time.  Always getting the run around.  Last week I got an email from this Rival and was told there was a problem with the checks and i should expect it in a few days.  Well a few days has gone by and i now got an email that says their processor went out of business and now ACH & Checks are not an option.  Well the problem is, I am in the US.  I only play on casinos that offer checks, ACH, wires because I DO NOT use 3rd party processors such as wallet or QT.  I am not going to open one either.  This is really crazy because i joined this casino on their ability to process checks.  I guess I kiss my $1,000.00 goodbye?

Just curious why you are not going to use a third party processor? A $1000 win is alot of money to just give back.

(I mean no disrespect in my question.)

I know there was some talk about Rival casinos and their limited way they payout now.

I am so sorry for your situation.  It seems your caught between a rock and a hard
        place.

PMM there probably is a reason for this...

rival casinos are the worst of the worst and now not being able to issue cheques is simply scandalous.

As you may recall my problem, $1000's lost at rivals and 1 of the times i manage to meet wr and request a cashout I selected moneybookers and since i paid via card it gave the error "you can only withdraw to the method used to deposit"

So this guy is probably in the same boat, at the time as well "cheque" was not an avaliable option.

You may as well say card depositors at rival casinos are playing for free because no cheques can be made. They cant put your money back on your card and you cant request payment to moneybookers or any other E-wallet unless you have deposited via that method.

So the answer is yes this guy can kiss his money goodbye unless he opens a moneybookers account... verifys his card to use with them (takes up to a week and they take a small deposit from your bank and you enter to code to verify the card) then deposits to the casino in question and withdraws the entire amount of money to moneybookers

i just hate using a 3rd party.  I never have.  I joined the casino on their ability to issue checks.  I guess i will have to get ewallt express if i want my money.  Does anybody know if on ewallet express if you can just simply set up the account then withdraw my money from the casino or do I need to make a deposit into ewallet express thru my checking account first?

In my experience I believe you have to make a deposit with ewallet express before you can withdrawl thru ewallet express.

That is the casino's rule, not ewallets.

Many of us are familar with ewallet so let us know if you need help.

The worst part about the ewallets are the fees.

I started going to checks to avoid that, but now Rival wont send checks.  >:(

yea you have to deposit with it, as i mention, the only way to deposit is obviously if you have your payment card linked to your ewallet, which means they take a small amount out of your card account, you get a 4 or so digit code next to the transaction you must enter in the ewallet to verify your card, then you can make payments

I too hear you loud and clear. I also was "Lured" into playing for this very reason regarding checks and such.

Now with this BS that they are claiming, I just really feel that either I find a RTG I can trust, or just give up online gaming and go back to "South of the border" (Oregon VLT's) and play there.

Sure, worse odds, but at least I get my money so fast it leaves all onlines in the dust.

        yea thats it geneco...

rivals are 100% to be avoided... they are the lowest of the low, the worst casino type ever known.

The "luring" got me too, as i mention in another post... i dont use e-wallets, but before i deposited at a rival i assumed that since they accept payments via cards they would pay me back on my card or at least another method of my choice...

deposited 10k in under 2 years at rivals...and it was only recently when i was questioning the tightness of the games that i tried to cashout $100, on the withdrawl screen cards werent there, cheque wasnt there so upon trying moneybookers the error came up that i couldnt... pfft.. waste of time

I have cashes out via check once at this casino 2 months ago.  This second check request was in limbo for 30day + until they told me that they cant process checks.  I deposited via Debit Card, but they had better let me withdraw via a wallet(even though i didnt deposit with one) because this is the only option available now to withdraw.

I'm wondering why you would have assumed this since it's been stated on casino websites for the last several years that they CANNOT pay out winnings to credit cards.

I'm also wondering why you guys are so suspicious about the alternative funding accounts, i.e., QuickTender/UseMyWallet, eWallet, etc?  These types of accounts are wonderful & make the entire process soooooo much easier.  I've been gambling online for over 10 years & have never had a prob with any of them.

        1) I dont have a "credit card" I have a "debit card" its a different thing, Im not borrowing money to pay back the following month. the money in my account is 100% mine.

        2)  I think you'll find 99% of casinos pay to credit/debit cards... every other software provider i have played at recently (3dice, playtechs, MG's,) have payed with no problems to my card.

        3) It was common sence to me. I never thought a casino would say "no problem there... give us your money, pay us as much as you want with your card... lose as much as you want but if you win you wont ever get paid"... They had the debit card logos there so I never thought otherwise. Of course now I know different about rivals.

onto payment processors... some like em... some dont... I for 1 dont... If your like me and barely gamble anymore theres no point setting up an ewallet account...waiting days for your card to be verified etc. Then theres the fees they take for withdrawing. Fair enough its only a few bucks... but the way I see things is its my money. My winnings. I risked it so every last cent or pound is rightfully mine to spend

I also use a debit card, but it's the same thing with debit/credit cards.  I can't speak as to Playtechs, but I know for a fact that MGs have not been paying back to debit/credit cards for several years now - at least not in the US.

If your from the USA Sparkz then there is no way any casino will pay back to your credit, debit or prepaid card.

Its in there terms and conditions. Even back before 2006 before all the UIGEA took place most if not all casinos still didn't payout back to your cards.

Now alot of casinos are not processing withdrawls by check either, i can understand if you personally don't like any ewallets but it is the best and fastest option.

Im in the UK though, All casinos have always paid back onto my card except rivals, in all my years of playing the only time i couldnt cashout to my card was at mansion casino... that was only because I was playing in $'s and their payment processor for cards couldnt send money as dollars to a UK account... But then did me a bank transfer instead.....

that was where the rival confusion came from... if every other casino i have played at can and have paid me back on my card then theres no reason for a rival to not be able to. Its just unfair on your UK gambler. Since most E-wallets are not UK based or used that often by people in the UK (except paypal for ebay uses) 90% of UK depositors will make their deposits via their card.

Rival casinos make no effort to rectify that they wont pay anyone by card. Many show check as a withdrawl method still and all of them show card as a deposit option. The least they could do is let someone who deposited via card cashout to an e-wallet without having to deposit via that method.

I remember when I asked support at 1 rival about this and they said something like "well you cant get your money then"...

Its just like if you buy something at a shop and then go back to return it a week later and they say "sorry you paid on your card... no refund for you". In that case the shop would be breaking the law and would have trading standards and consumer rights agencys all over them like a rash.

Im not 1 to agree that ewallets are the fastest. To spend the money on non gambling related material (things from town for example) that money has to be in your bank for you to withdraw so you can literally hold the notes in your hands... With 3dice (the fastest paying casino) I made an instant moneybookers withdrawl. Then cashed it from moneybookers into my bank account. They charged $3 to withdraw to my bank... it took a total of 4 working days before the money was in my bank.

I made a withdraw 2 days later of nearly the same amount to my card. This time it wasnt processed instantly by 3dice. It took about 2 hours before it was fully processed. Of course no fees and less than 3 days (2 working days) later it was in my bank ready to withdraw

It seems there is some confusion here.

Vegas Regal Casino is very clear and honest in our dealings. You can find it on our site that we DON'T pay to credit cards or debit cards. Expecting something we explicitely say we can't do seems unreasonable.

We DO however offer several payout options for US and worldwide players. We DO pay. We would NOT take a deposit if we couldn't. Now, we might not be able to pay to your card, and right now due to various issues BEYOND our control we can't pay via check. But there are other options.

Plus we pay all players, every time, on time. So I don't know why this thread basically reads as if we were rogues that would steal money. I would NOT work for an organization that isn't 100% honest.

If you have any other questions about Vegas Regal Casino and our software provider Rival, please feel free to PM me. If you wish for a follow up from me on this thread, it is just a matter of a PM and I will make an official statement. Thank you for your time.
