    Hi all

    i am new and just started playing casino last month.firstly; nice to be here.really good place to find  a casino,contact with casino support,exclusive bonuses,socializing etc.
    i am playing at some casinos with their bonuses which i find here.also i am getting phone calls and emails from the casinos about their free no deposit bonus offers.i am confused about the free no deposit bonuses.as i said,i am new and don't know all the casino rules.i know only,if i turnover the bonus (X20-X30 or whatever)  i can get my winnings after deposit.but the problem is,i sometimes play with the bonus and win.after that i  contact with live chat agent or support about it;they mostly told me "this is a free bonus,not cashable"
    what does "free bonus" means?i see it as Real in my balance and they say its like  a play money for practise only.i don't need a practise and why they keep calling me and giving bonus if it is not even real?
    why do i need playmoney?for me,this is just nonsense.i don't know how you think
    also same rules with the bonuscodes?

    is it better to make deposit first?after deposit can i withdraw my winnings from the bonus?

    They are some casinos with free money but not all of them give the player the oportunity to withdraw winnings from the free chips.My advice to you is to speak on live chat with casino support before using the free offers.When you decide to use the deposit bonuses check first the wagering requirements, you can find the informations on the terms and conditions but also on live chat if that exists.You must know that in almost all the cases if you take a deposit bonus,first you will play your money!. If your real balance is  below the bonus balance your money will be lost in case that you cannot manage to win and raise the amount again.Ofcourse,if you are lucky and you manage to wager the deposit+bonus you can withdraw for sure.Even in that case some of casinos have restrictions on withdrawals.10 000,20 000 credits.

    Each casino has different rules. There are many casinos where you can get a 'no deposit bonus' and cashout out real money. These no deposit bonuses usually have a max amount of winnings you can cashout. This ranges between $50-$200.
