        wanted to share some thats just happening to me with golden casino.

        I have never played at golden casino before i saw the sig up ND offer on this site, i registered, played through the WG. i deposited, and played through that wagering to.

        i have saved all my mails (unfortunatly i have realised u have to do that to be have "proofs" it shouldnt be necessary)

        Anyways. on 19th of march i started. everyones happy, magaged the bonus playthrough. I have to be honest to say i dont like the software of the casino to much, but i deposited a small sum, but accepted as the sum for wagering bonus.

        Signing up at the 19th. I got this mail:
        Hello Johan,
        Thank you for contacting us and i hope this email finds you well,
        As per your request we have credited your account with promo VT178 for free $20.

        i got some declined deposits. on the 20th, but thats not theire fault. i should have read better.

        on march 27th i got a mail:
        Dear Customer,
        Your account information has been updated as follows:
        Country code modified from US to SE.
        If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department 24/7

        yeah well thats great then i guess lol, since im from SE (Sweden, and filled that out when signing up.)

        After playing through, both ND bonus and deposit bonus (as i thought)
        trying to make a withdrawal, i got another mail to provide ID and things.
        so far so good. Thats standard for some.

        Then i got this mail:
        I hope you are having a nice day.
        This is to inform you that your withdrawal request for $80.00 was reversed to your play balance because you did not comply with the promotional disclaimer.
        According to the bonus terms and conditions, you need to fulfill the required wagers of $700.00 in allowed games.
        Unfortunately, you did not meet the wagering requirements yet.
        We have reversed your cashin into your play balance so you may continue wagering until you meet the requirements.
        Here is a breakdown of the actions taken on the account:

        Missing: $103.95
        Amount reversed: $80.00

        ok i thought, even though i counted my spins

        when i tried to log in, my account was closed.

        i thought maby it was my comp, so i tried at another.
        no luck. so, i wont call a USA number for support, so i mailed the 24/7 suport.

        This is what i got for an answere:

        I hope that you are having an excellent day!!
        In regards to your mail, the reason why you can't login is because you failed to meet the bonus requirements, so in order to unblock the account, you need to follow the bonus requirements.

        Hmm. English is a second language for me, how can i follow bonus terms to unblock my account, when i cant log in?

        Isnt that a catch 22?

        I have 80$ on the account, 25$ of em deposited, i thought i had made the playthrough, im ok if i didnt, and went back as a nice customer to complete the playthrough, but i cant, cause i have to follow bonus terms to unblock my account?
