    Hello guys,

    Recently I made a withdrawal at this one casino and it is now the 2nd time the casino asks for additional verification. I've  already sent them my ID,utility bill and driver licence,but their finance department demanded to provide them with a photo of me holding my driver license next to my face  exclamation It's funny,I felt like a criminal. In the end I did that too,and they approved my withdrawal.


    I was wondering if anyone of you guys had a similar experience?

    One time I had to place my credit card under authorization paper and rub it with pencil so that name, card number and expiration date were clearly readable,... (photo wasn't enough)

    Maybe this kind of verification is for so called "high risk" country,...

    Have taken a photo holding my drivers license, that' s how tough has it got one time cheesy Usualy it goes trough with the standard procedure... Maybe there was a glitch and they lost your previous documents from the system, that could be possible.

    Lucky red asked me a photo of me holding my I,D, and after this a photo of my passport (i haven't) and they didn't pay me, but I read this casino very good, for me not honest and very rude  thumbs_down

    I hate this ,for me is enough id ,i dont give a point of all documents which some casinos ask,I once must to made selfie with id and on my laptop must to login in that casino to see on photo,wierd.

    I should send several times photos of me holding my passport, and I should one time resend a new photo 2 times because the photograph's quality with the webcam or the smartphone wasn't enough for them. But I never sent anything of my credit card details. I never use my credit card for casinos so if one casino asks me to complete a form with my credit card details, I don't accept to do this

    I have had issues verifying my account at Endless casino for nearly six now they keep rejecting the documents that I upload and I think its nonsense as I have used the same docs with 4 other casinos duriing the same time with no issues so The issue is wiith them , I saw on the chat yesterday that other players are having the same issues so just a heads up if anyone else is having issues
