  • After 7+ years playing slots online, using various deposit methods, using various payout methods and determining which groups are honest and which groups are not; I would like to document what I learned in an effort to help those players just starting out and add to the vast amount of information other experienced players have posted on this subject.

First of all, I found that the best way to gain knowledge about a given software group and casino within that software group was to take advantage of their "free no-deposit" bonuses. I didn't do so believing I would win big money, because as knowledgeable player know, free no-deposit bonuses generally have a maximum cashout, higher playthrough and the original bonus is not cashable. But, it does give you a chance to experience the games and some insight into the payout per spin/bet, not to mention a chance to interact with support to access whether they are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. It also is an opportunity to determine their deposit and payout methods, overall terms and conditions and deposit bonus terms and conditions.

Secondly, I have never relied solely on the rankings or reviews of various casino groups or casinos within various groups as reported on various player/casino websites or forums. Not because I don't trust what the website or the members of their forums post but because over the past  7 Years I have found that I have had my worse experiences at casinos that are highly ranked on many casino forums and my best experiences at a few that were on the "rougue list" or blacklisted" on the highest ranked casino forums. Naturally, I heed the warnings of these forums and players posts. But if I receive a non-deposit bonus offer to try the casino and have a good overall experience with support, read their terms and conditions and have no issue with them, like their bonus offers and support persons; I just might make a minimal deposit and claim a bonus offer and see what happens,
I have done well with 3 blacklisted/rouged casins in the past paid by all 3 within the terms they stated, evethough it did/does take longer to get paid then say payments from Liberty Slots or InetBet, I was paid wthin terms promised.

I recently received my payment from Casino Titan many days faster than my payout from InetBet and Club World. That was unusual not the norm as I usually recieve InetBet pymts the fastest.

You cannot always rely on other players experiences with various groups or casinos within those groups.

If you adhere to the terms and conditions or play and bonuses, get them in writing through emails or chats before depositing or redeeming deposit bonuses(save the response). I think you have a 99% chance of recieving your winnings as promised in the terms and conditions.

If you gamble online as if it was a business, you will be treated as promised, get winnings as promised and have a good experience.

I totally treat it as my business as it is may only means of  income. Therefore, I access the casinos, their games, the payout on those games, their administrative capabllities(time to process withdrawal requests/paperwork and the like)the knowledge of their support staff the authority given their management personnel.

Why keep depositing at a casino you have a low deposit to withdrawal ratio, or takes weeks for you to recieve your winnings while the funds are deducted in real time from your bank account via your debit card.  Or where the overall payout based on your deposits, winnings, losses is below 50% OR where deposit bonuses are few and the playthrough high.

Players need to keep track of their play, including; depositis, withdrawals, deposit bonuses, free bonuses over payout on total deposits, payout on individual casino deposits, and so on.

If you play frequently and play with the expectation of making money; you must keep and review the statistics.

Finally in answer to the questin " Which casinos I trust and which I don't"; I trust casinos that honor deposit bonuses as promised, pay winnings within the time period promised in their terms and conditions, offer support has quick response, is knowledgeable and has the authoritity to correct problematic issures. (no need to pay supervisors if they don't have the knowledge or authority to correct problems or offer effective customer assistance.

Additionally, I would suggest sticking with the casinos that you have had the highest overall percentage payout based on your deposits overall..

Also, I would encourage you to take advantage of "free no deposit bonus offers" even if the 11fer is from a blacklisted or rouged casino", because, #1, it is free and you have nothing to lose, #2, it gives you a chance to "check the casino out". its support staff, terms, promotions and lastly how their games play, #3, If you happen to meet the terms(win) and are able to make a withdawal request; you can see if the casino honors the withdrawal as their terms promised.  You can do all of this "checking out" for  free. Not bad.

If you determine the casino is reputable, you may have found a new casino to play.

If they fail to do as promised, you lose nothing and can post the experience in the forums to help other players.

Casino forums are some of the best places for information.  There are forums out there that put together great lists of reputable casinos, but you really need to know what those sites are to know your getting accurate information.

Great job on the casinos that are known to be bad.  Glad you got paid.  It sounds like you like the thrill of not only gambling but also the thrill of whether your going to get paid or not.  I would never give any of my money away to a casino that is known to have problems.

No Deposits at known rogue casinos are not necessarily safe. If you have never deposited, most casinos require you to make a deposit, and send documents.  Giving this sensitve personal information to a rogue casino is not safe.  Ever wonder how you get tons of useless disc's in the mail, or have that unauthorized charge on your card?

sadly a lot of this reputable forums are full of casino shills.

Have you ever noticed on certain forums there are 5-6 regulars with a few thousand posts ranting and raving about certain casinos..by ranting and raving I mean that in a good way. How do these players constantly show massive jackpot hits of thousands of dollars? I know for a fact none of them are highrollers. Yet when I have went there and played 100,000 spins and hit absolutely nothing, I find it odd. Then i come to find non regs saying they cannot win on this ever so reputable sites.

You have to go with what feels right and not listen to any of these shills trying to entice you to their  casino telling you oh its 96|% rtp! When in fact its usually around 80% or below. But hey they tell you its just a bad streak! Yawn

Ive played online for a long long time now. and I can tell you without a doubt certain big name casino forums are full of shills.
  •   I only view a few forums regularly.  I really have not seen an issue with shills at the forums.  Actually most of the forums I use the members are pretty sharp and can sniff a shill in a second, also most of the screenshots are from reputable casinos.  If someone posts a screenshot from a rogue the members will be all over it.
