Seems like she was trying to help you out and that they were going to honor the bonus sent in your email.  Not sure what you were getting so mad about..

On the other hand, they wont accept CC deposits from me for no apparent reason.

I was sent the e-mail this morning from Lauren in promotions dept. There were two e-mails one from Aladdins and one from Club both the SPLASHME bonus. In the chat she wanted me to send her the PROOF that I got that e-mail from the Promotions dept and due to my STATUS could take the bonus? I have deposited more there in 2 wks already than I have last month. AND NEVER take a bonus!!

I am not sure what either. I must be missing something. I do now that i got sent an email to try them out with a nice incentive deposit bonus.

What i didn't like was i get bombarded with messages before i could even play to verify my account info! If there was such a concern they should of asked for that from the beginning before i made a deposit.

They asked that i contact live support. I did, for which i was asked to call the toll free number. Again i did. Verified all my info. Then the next day received a call from them asking me to please call them back because they had some questions!!!

Needless to say it was alittle too many questions for me. So i will not be going back!

I won the RANDOM from them in December I also voted for them BEST CASINO BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE etc. But LCB BEST FORUM tee hee of course!!!! So I have no AXE to grind after every deposit or 2 in a row with no bonuses taken I ask for freechip THEY always GIVE ME ONE. But keep in mind I am depositing there almost every other day and over $100. I was taken back by the statement Unfortunatly and STATUS if I was ALLOWED to take the bonus. Then when I said it was SENT to me directly she said basically PROVE IT. I did so now I ask how much money do you have to deposit to them that would allow you to be respected?

I forgot about you winning the random there lucky!! I was apprehensive since they wanted to verify and re-verify all my info. I figured if they put me through all that what will they do to  me if i make a withdrawal!!!

I went through the verification phone calls too, but when I requested a withdrawal it was done quick and hassle-free, there were no phone calls, it just showed up in my quicktender account within hours.  I love Aladdins and the rest of the casinos from the ClubWorld group, just wish my luck was better when playing there. 

Well I did too, but not after today. That is ridiculous for promotions to send you an e-mail for a dep bonus code and then when you go to chat to claim it (WHICH I NEVER TAKE BONUSES) get the insult from chat in reference to my STATUS?  And pls send us the e-mail to PROVE I was supposed to have it.  I dep there every 2 -3 days.
