        i just wanted you guys to know i called today and talked to lez as to why when i have spent so much money and havent won for awhile i cant get a freebie that others do who do not make deposits at all he went thru what i have recieved and by the way that has included  big dollar and villa fortuna and read them to me and when i said read my deposits he would only do 2011 if you win as i have done in the past you are considered in the red and will recieve nothing and 95 percent of you are liers he said cuz they have someone in here and they cross reference what you say and it is not true i called him a lier and said we dont use the same user names  i closed all my account told them to shred my paperwork and never contact me again as i am no longer interested in being involved witha dishonest casinos he said it was doneas we spoke and i could reopen at  anytime i said did you not get the part about shredding my paperwork i wont be back the forum is not a lier you are.  spazz03

        Wow spazz.  That was a very determined closure of your account. 

        I don't understand why these places don't look after their best depositors.  It really doesn't make sense to me.

        I can't get over the way some of the customer service reps speak. There really needs to be proper training of these reps not only in being educated to answers questions for the casino but to also have proper etiquette.

        The CS is the only communication between player and casino and how a player is treated in many cases is the deciding factor to play there again.

        Sadly, the casinos seem to treat loyal depositing customers way worse than non-depositors.

        I've been on the receiving end of awful/rude/demeaning/lying support at a casino I was VERY loyal too.  THEY closed my acct and made a mirage of lies as excuses.  I was royally ticked for a couple of weeks... now I say Good Riddance.  Why waste my money on idiots.

        These help desk people seem to forget that without customers, they don't have a job.   I think you made the right decision Gabby.

        That was a very poor and unprofessional way of supporting a member!
        I am sorry,Spazz and Gabby....how awful.
        I have never had bad experiences with any of live chat support(person) except once with a support at Big Dollar. I don't know how she did but somehow she blocked me to copy the chat scrip and even deleted our session while I was trying to copy it...now that made me pretty upset.

        the only one who treated me with respect was andrea and jonathon , martin just pissed me off so bad i wrote and told them i couldnt stand him and why they never respond but they keep sending me there dumb emails i am so done with them and i have won but i have never had anyone tell me because you have won you are not a good customer and when they said you guys were liers that was it i decided the only liers was at there casinos and i dont like liers. thank you for your suppport
