        ME:why is there 3 charges for 10.88 on my credit card I only deposited 55 dollars i dont understand one deposit of 25 and then one deposit of 30 .....

        ME: already contacted them and they said it was on your end from e cash the only purchases that i have made were from your casino

        ME: I suggest that you refund me my 32.64 from YOUR charges not my credit card company its a pre-paid card so i know all the fees that apply there are 3 charges i only made 2 deposits ... where do you reside in where is this casino controled from

        ME: and even if thats the case it should be your casinos obligation to inform depositors of the 50% charge they are going to incure using thier credit card i know there are 5 rejected cause i thought i had 100 dollars and couldnt figure out why it wasnt going through well what next then are you going to tell me sorry mam but theres nothing i can do....cause if that happens i really will complain to this casino till i get my money back how would you feel i this happend to you its not like im complaining about a dollar here its 30 bucksa

        This is a warning to all people who are using All Slots be very cautious they will scam you and rip you off below you will find my e-mail to them, by the way e-mailing them is a task their relay will not accept certain e-mails!

I have been making deposits for months, have reversed funds into my credit card and also my account and today after I had hit a Jackpot (I saw the reels and the coins flying around) and seconds after that I was conveniently blocked out. After I contacted customer service I was told my account was closed because I used a credit card that was not mine there are 2 credit cards registered in my account one visa Manuela Mandy and a Master card Manuela Domingues, my account number the one you transferred winnings to is under Manuela Domingues and I'm told as an excuse to not pay the Jackpot that you didn't know who I am? What kind of scam do you think you are running? I have already stared posting how I was a victim of your scam on all the sites that have ALL Slots on them, I posted a warning on my twitter account to my 4,500 under followers (cashdivas) and I will do everything in my power to make sure no one else is scammed by your organization. I still had 28.00 credits and event that you stole! So now I'm taking legal action, letting people know to be cautious of your organization and notifying my bank of what happened to reverse charges on my last 2 deposits. If you don't want to have all of your transactions investigated and legal proceedings to continue you will refund every deposit I made in your casino! If you don't I will take this to the highest degree because you have scammed the wrong person!

        If you had any concerns or suspicions that the card was stolen than you would not charge deposits for over 6 months, and now after I hit a jackpot come with this scam! It is illegal, you even transferred a deposit to my bank account my identity couldn't have been more verified. What you have done is illegal and it will punishable to every extent. Plus your reputation will take a blow because I wont stop until I hit every site regarding online casinos and other social networks I have already started warning people about your scams!

        You have 24 hours to refund every deposit I have made in your casino (or should I say scam) otherwise be prepared to face theconseuences, once again you have scammed an attorney and we don't like being taken for fools, much less being scammed!

        ive read your post and not defending the casino it does seem to be 2 different last names on the cc u used.I would have thought they would have cleared this up  before u kept depositing though and it does seem wrong that they would wait until you win to take action.In all my dealings with casinos i see this happen alot where they will take your deposits and then when cashout happens they try to find a way not to payout.The only thing i can say is hmmmmmm and i look forward to seeing what the casino has to say before i come to a conclusion.

        Ok the rep has come back and this is what you need to do (also sent this to you via a pm)

        1.      Proof of ID

        2.      Utility Bill

        3.        A Proof that the CC registered belongs to you. If not they require a letter of consent  from the Credit Card holder authorizing the player to use the Card.

        Once you've done all that, your account will be reopened.
