Hey guys...i mentioned yesterday after i won that big tournement that i was still waiting to get paid for a sit and go...[the one that cost me my last rebuy since i didn't get paid] and they are still refusing to pay me for it!! It's only $6.00 and not a big deal, but its the simple fact that they are not paying is what is really ticking me off......makes me wonder now if i'll get paid for my cashout now!!! - btw their acting ridiculous, and i dont believe what im seeing, when they hung up the chat on you twice!!! Thats not professional at all, no matter if they think you won or not, i remember your post about winning the sng yesterday! They should treat you with a little bit more respect and try to help...instead it feels like they are trying to cheat you out of your 6.00 which is crazy!
- On the page you want picture, press Alt, Ctrl and Print Screen/SysRq at the same time. Then go to your start on desktop, accessories and then to Paint. When in Paint right click edit and paste your picture, then go to file and give a name to it and save. I hope this much helps you. From there I guess I would send to my documents so I can find it when I want to send. Good luck. I sure can feel your frustration. I don't get angry in my chats, but I try to explain to them (at other places) the simplest way I can, over and over and they still don't get it. If it wasn't so frustrating it would be comical with what they come back at you with.

- I would fire off an email to their supportcentre and include the screenies, and explain that you won that tourney, email usually works better than livechat, and just see what happens.
It looks like a casino error, maybe they can see what happened on their end, maybe not, in that case you are royally screwed, they will say that software errors/malfunction voids all winnings (thats in the T&C's)
Livesupport was pretty damn rude by cutting you off like that twice btw. >:(

- lol....I know....$6.00 isn't much espeacally when I just won a big amount, but it's still the point that the money is owed to me and support is doing nothing! They are being totally rude and completely unethical in this matter.....I never woulda dreamed of having to go through this much trouble just to get a few dollars and with the amount of deposits I've made since becoming a member there you would think that they would just give it to me even if it was only for good faith or customer satisfaction....but NOPE, NOT THEM!!
- Yes, I agree with you, you won it fair and square, so its a matter of principle, its yours, full stop.
It might be a bug in the tournament software (would not be the first one, lol), and now its a measily 6 bucks, next time it might be 60.
So really, keep bugging them about it, at least thats what I would do..

It's is very confusing for you and them because you are trusted with the info that showed on your screen and they do also the same. Its a conflict. now Alex gave you an other option that is a screenshot, that would be a solution for this problem. Dont forget we all human and we do have feeling, words can be offended cuz words dont show emotion. Well Satan I hope you get the winning that you have earn. I do believe they would pay you the winning. Nobody would lie for a lousy $6, your dignity is priceless.
