  • Hey guys...i mentioned yesterday after i won that big tournement that i was still waiting to get paid for a sit and go...[the one that cost me my last rebuy since i didn't get paid] and they are still refusing to pay me for it!!  It's only $6.00 and not a big deal, but its the simple fact that they are not paying is what is really ticking me off......makes me wonder now if i'll get paid for my cashout now!!!  Here's a copy of my 5'th chat session with them.

  • just go to playcheck and find the tournament ID that you won, then contact support after that.  Support at fortune lounge group did the same thing to me, and after their instruction, I found the tournament id, it's easier for them to help you out if you can locate the tournament id

  • Second time they refused to help or credit me and second time they just hung up on me.....this is totally unbelieveable and i have no idea why they would try to cheat their players like this!  Anyone know how to make a screenshot so I can copy my gaming history?

  • btw their acting ridiculous, and i dont believe what im seeing, when they hung up the chat on you twice!!! Thats not professional at all, no matter if they think you won or not, i remember your post about winning the sng yesterday! They should treat you with a little bit more respect and try to help...instead it feels like they are trying to cheat you out of your 6.00 which is crazy!

  •   On the page you want picture, press Alt, Ctrl and Print Screen/SysRq at the same time. Then go to your start on desktop, accessories and then to Paint. When in Paint right click edit and paste your picture, then go to file and give a name to it and save. I hope this much helps you. From there I guess I would send to my documents so I can find it when I want to send. Good luck. I sure can feel your frustration. I don't get angry in my chats, but I try to explain to them (at other places) the simplest way I can, over and over and they still don't get it. If it wasn't so frustrating it would be comical with what they come back at you with.

    are you talking about a sit and go or the big tourney,because i did finish in 1"st for the sys the limit and was credited 427.00, but the sit and go was never paid and they claim to have no record of it!!
  • ok....thanks for the help guys.......here's what is being shown on my tournement history..all the information is just mysteriously missing from it, but yet the one i finished 5'th in shows everything!!!

  • I would fire off an email to their supportcentre and include the screenies, and explain that you won that tourney, email usually works better than livechat, and just see what happens.
    It looks like a casino error, maybe they can see what happened on their end, maybe not, in that case you are royally screwed, they will say that software errors/malfunction voids all winnings (thats in the T&C's)

    Livesupport was pretty damn rude by cutting you off like that twice btw. >:(

    All I can say is, be happy its not the big one they screwed you out off.

  • lol....I know....$6.00 isn't much espeacally when I just won a big amount, but it's still the point that the money is owed to me and support is doing nothing! They are being totally rude and completely unethical in this matter.....I never woulda dreamed of having to go through this much trouble just to get a few dollars and with the amount of deposits I've made since becoming a member there you would think that they would just give it to me even if it was only for good faith or customer satisfaction....but NOPE,  NOT THEM!!

  • Yes, I agree with you, you won it fair and square, so its a matter of principle, its yours, full stop.
    It might be a bug in the tournament software (would not be the first one, lol), and now its a measily 6 bucks, next time it might be 60.
    Or 600.
    So really, keep bugging them about it, at least thats what I would do..

  • Really, they'll cut you off when they think the chat are getting nowhere.
    It's is very confusing for you and them because you are trusted with the info that showed on your screen and they do also the same. Its a conflict. now Alex gave you an other option that is a screenshot, that would be a solution for this problem. Dont forget we all human and we do have feeling, words can be offended cuz words dont show emotion. Well Satan I hope you get the winning that you have earn. I do believe they would pay you the winning. Nobody would lie for a lousy $6, your dignity is priceless.

  •   could it be there wasn't enough players? Or if that was the case you couldn't have played it. A screenshot of your winning right at the end would be ideal. There should be a way they could go in there and check it out. You have the day the ID and they have people for that I'm sure. Can you remember who told you to wait 24-48 hours? Or copy of that chat? Maybe they have a record.

  • @ TheRunn3R.....he did offer me the option to send in a screenshot, but then if you read down a little more he asked if I was gonna send a screenshot of just my name and I told him yes because as you can see thats all that shows up, then he said don't bother to send it in!!!


    @ helwin....there were 5 players and I know I finished first in it....I find it very odd that I didn't get paid and all the information is "mysteriously" missing from playcheck!!!

    Don't want to disappoint you, but I play these $2. sit and goes...they only pay the first 2 places.

    They are showing the first 5 there for info only.

    If you take your tournement # to chat you will find that  the first two peeps were already paid.

    They top payout for these is $6. and that is for 1st prize.  the total prize pool is 9.

    That is $6. for first place, and $3 for second place.  It says here, that you placed 5th.

If you go back and look at the other one....the one I finished first in has no information other than my name and buy in...it doesn't list any other players or prizes won, but it does show me being in it and the amount of my buy-in........it makes no sense at all that all the info is just gone but it clearly shows i paid  the registration and was in it.....am I assure you I play with just myself....[at least not online...lol]

    sorry satan..didn't understand the first screen.  well, hope it gets straighted out for you...i hate getting upset online.  it is very frustrating.
    i ended up getting into a fight with villento over 10. i was so aggrevated, i felt my bloodpressure go up, and i was swearing at ronesh.  he was trying to tell me it was my computer that was shutting down that was causing the spinning.  this just makes me soooooooooo mad, when it happens a lot.
    the money is one thing, then i shut it off of 5 seconds, and it is 10. dollars less...i don't think so.  i didnt need the money...and didnt need the aggrevation either.  and if he had any brains, be would have just paid me.
    i put thousands of dollars a month into that place...i can easily do it somewhere else.  dont need to argue over 10 bucks.
    oh..by the way, i didn't get mine...hope you get yours  ;D
  • Well, if that was all, they should at least give the fee back. I know that it really should be $6, but if they at least did the $2, then that would be a sort of "Mitagated" ending.

  • Well I send a pm to Roberto 2 days ago...still no reply get so I went ahead and followed you guys advice and send a nasty little email to support along with snapshots of my playcheck...[well not nasty, but I definately let them know I don't apprecieate being called a lier or an idiot which is pretty much what they are saying in not so many words] I'll keep guy guys posted on the results of this situation...............

  •   Aren't the tournament fees in euros ? and compared to the dollar, smaller? I had an issue with at RR tournament, it was a Loaded and the last spin gave me bonus round, so I had time to continue once. I had only $9 left of my deposit and it was cash, but saved it for such an occassion as this. It took my money and then didn't let me get to continue.  I had no time to mess around. And I felt this was "sabotage" custom made for me!  After letting them all know what happened and e-mails back and forth. I don't know why, every so often, nothing you say is understood? Over something small, and in clear English I can't beleive how many times I have to repeat myself but from different angles just to give them the chance to get what I'm saying on their own. I don't mind being polite to people and want to give them a chance to be more intelligent than what I'm seeing and believing. I  hate still feeling discombobulated. They kept saying I can't use bonus money on tourney. I knew that, and it wasn't. In the end I got some explanation about the price in the little box to continue or rebuy at the end of round is in euros, and that's why there was more taken out and didn't get to play and continue? I used my cash..not bonus money to join and play a 5 player sit and go, won 1'st and now thet are claiming I never won or never played...not sure which since the story changes everytime I contacted support! And now they are ignoring all my emails....way to treat customers Allslots!!!  Refuse to pay, call them stupid and then ignore them....WONDERFUL!!!!!!

Like I said many times before, I just don't understand why they are treating me like this over a few dollars, and TRUST ME....if I honestly didn't win I would not be making this big a deal out of trying to get a couple dollars, it's just the fact that I did win and i'm being ignored for wanting  my winnings as small as it may be!!

    Have you tried to send the screenshots to the support? That would be really helpful, you should send them the support of all the tournaments you won, and they should be able to track all your winnings...quite surprised that a winning is missing...

    Please send the screenshots to support, so that i can follow up with them and you the outcome of it: this is the best and fastest way to proceed

  • Alright guys...it's been over a week and I've sent them at least 5 emails without a sigle reply, not even Roberto has bothered to get back to me!! It's apparent now that they are going through all costs not to pay me the $6.00 that I won. Just think...if they treat their customers like this over a $6.00 win, imagine what they would do if it was $60 or $600!! I am absolutely disgusted with the fact that my money was never credited and even more so by the way i've been treated in my attemps to collect it..not to mention the fact that today is my birthday and I got a big fat nothing from them...not even a stupid happy birthday email!!

  • Well...I never got a reply from them, but I did find $6.00 in my account when I logged in this morning....Weird that it was a mix of cash and bonus money, but at least I finally got paid for it. I think they could have done alot better in the way they treated me and handled it, but I guess it comes down to the fact that I was compensated, so I wanted to let everyone know..........
