        I hope someone can help me with a problem I have because I am new at this and do not know what to do. About a week ago I played on a 35 dollar free chip. I wanted to cash out at 70.00 which is the max I can withdraw. I sent a "ticket" to support about getting the 70.00 dollars. I have not heard a thing and now my username and password is not working. I know it is not a lot of money or anything but it kind of bothers me because I feel like I am being ignored. Please help! Thank you! debo2759

        These are the number to call them directly.  Not sure if you have tried that or not. About the only way to get a live person on the line, and find out where your money is and why they locked your account.  It says they are available 24/7

        Thank you for your help. The reason my account was closed is because my mother had opened an account on the same computer so my account is closed. I had no idea she did but they said I could re-open my account if I send ID documents. Thanks again for your help!
