  • Okay, here is a brief happenings of this mornings events.  I log in every time someone says there is free money.  I have had low deposit bonuses in my cashier so I have never deposited.  Yesterday I noticed I had a 400% coupon.  So today I redeem it and deposit 25.  To my surprise after my deposit I still only have $25.  It talked to support and here is what was said.  Sorry for the long post.  I am just fuming that I have money and I want to play it but feel cheated on a bonus.  I know I am not bonus banned because I just played at Box 24 today and yesterday and claimed bonuses. 

    Albert: Welcome to Always Vegas Casino Live Support. How may I assist you?
    cnolley: I just claimed a 400% coupon and made my 25 deposit but I only have 25 in my account and this is my first deposit
    cnolley: now the coupon is missing from the cashier
    cnolley: it was there, i read the terms and everything. 7x max cashout on bonus

    So I sent the manager a copy of this chat session, a screen shot of the 400% bonus and this message:


    I signed up some time ago through a referral link and was supposed to get $27 free sign up bonus but I never got it.  I didn't complain or anything. Today I checked my account and had a 400% deposit bonus with 33X playthrough and 7 x max cashout on bonus.  I thought instead of playing at my regular rival casinos I would give you a try.  I read the terms and then hit the claim promotion in the cashier.  I followed through with my $25.00 deposit.  After I made my deposit I noticed I only had $25.00 in my account.  I went back to the cashier and the 400% coupon was gone.  I went to live help and assumed he would just manually credit the $100.00 but no.  While I was in the casino main page the 400% coupon was still showing up under promotions and I took a screen shot and it is attached to this email.  I am a new customer and for Albert to tell me the coupon expired is shocking!  Why would it be in my cashier and why would it let me claim it if it was indeed expired?  I play at many Rival casinos and really wanted to try yours out.  So far I am unimpressed!  I am a loyal member of the latest casino bonus forum LCB and we all discuss various casinos and our dealings with them.  I will wait for a timely response from you before I post my experience with Always Vegas there.  I hope that this will be resolved.  I am a loyal depositor at my list of casinos and I thought maybe you guys would be added to the list but right now I am not sure about it.  Now I have $25.00 sitting in my account that I will not touch until I get a better outcome than Albert gave me.  Also, please note that my email address is xxxxxxxxxx@aol.com but when I send an email it comes from xxxxxx@aim.com.  It has something to do with aol and is out of my control.  They are in fact one and the same emails.  I hope to hear from you very soon.

  • This looks shady to me.  I sincerely hope you can get your $25 deposit back.  Tradition Casino did something similar with a $5 free chip as bait.

    Wow...that's just not cool when we feel cheated and you have all the right to feel that way in my opinion.

    Well...guess I would wait for the response from the manger and go from there...

  • hmmm glad u posted this bonusround,I tried to deposit with them yesterday also useing that 400% kept getting a could not be claimed error something or other anyway i gave up,from the sounds of it I am glad i did too, so i  went to my all time favorite vegas regal deposited with no problems...I hope you get this resolved

  • The thing is it did not give me any error messages when I claimed it.  And for him to say it was an old coupon is crap.  I never saw it until I logged on yesterday.  Update is I spent the 25....When you deposit you want to play.  I went back to support and they said the manager leaves in 30 minutes and has a whole slew of emails to go through and I may get a reply tomorrow.  I have never heard such crap!  I am still so mad about this.  Good thing you got out of there when you did.

    I have looked into this and were able to credit your account with the 400% you haven't claimed, so you now have additional $100 in your account.

    PLEASE NOTE - we usually do not do this because you have spent your deposit ( that carried no wr since no bonus was claimed) -  if this will happen in the future please DO NOT SPEND YOUR DEPOSIT and leave the money in your balance, that way it will be easier to credit you a bonus you haven't received.

    I made a deposit of $30 bucks just now AFTER and I repeat AFTER I claimed a 300% deposit bonus promotion.  Of course AGAIN, it did NOT credit me my bonus.   I go to chat and Ray is no help.  Do they not have the authority fix errors?  He has to transfer it to the promotions manager.  So here I sit....doing nothing because last time this happened Dave told me NOT to play my money if this error arose again.

    This is not fair.  This is my third deposit at this casino and it will probably be my last unless it gets fixed FAST!!!  They should also in my personal opinion give a comp for there repeated errors.  Here is a screen shot of the bonus AFTER I claimed it.  Of course I took the shot after I claimed it and it disappeared from my cashier but it still showed up in the lobby like last time.

    Here is the chat session also.  I hope you guys don't think I am being a whiner but you know when you make a deposit you only have one thing on your mine.......you spent the money so you want to play it and not have to wait.

    I've had the exact same problem last week with the 400%, cant believe they still have not fixed this!
    Claimed the 400%, made my deposit, no bonus was added, bonus no longer in the cashier but visible in the lobby.

    Weird thing is, I contacted support and they fixed it for me in a minute!
    You might want to try again, see if you can get another chatrep, as they can definately fix it!
    Cant remember the name of the person that helped me out, but it was definately NOT Ray.

    Hope it works, I can fully imagine how you feel, you make a deposit, you wanna PLAY, not WAIT!.

  • wow, they have bonus set differently for different players.  I also have 300% promotion, but deposit must be at least $100 to qualify, 43.75X playthru, 5X max cashout bonus applies.  I saw you have 30X in wagering requirement, bonusround.  What is the minimum of deposit? and what is max cashout?  I'm just curious.

  • Minimum was 25 and max cashout is 3 times the bonus.

    Sad thing is TaaaDaaa I went to Tropica after I read your post about the deposit 25 and get 55.  I clicked claim and noticed it didn't claim so I scrolled back down and it was gone.  I talked to online help and even though I could see the promotion still in the lobby she said it must have expired and I could not claim it now.  So I used the deposit 25 get 40 or something.

    Then I went to Slotocash after this Always Vegas crap.  I clicked on a 100% bonus and hit claim.  This time I scrolled down to make sure it was for sure claimed and to take a screenshot and it was not claimed.  I hit claim again and I got that 203 error or something.  The error where you have claimed a bonus within the hour.  So no, it is not just Always Vegas but I guess some Rivals are having problems with this.  It's still pathetic though.  

    PS Sorry Slotbeuker that you had the same problem.  I have gotten Ray twice on both incidents.  :'(

  • I still have deposit $25 get $55 bonus available in my cashier.  I clicked claim to see what happen, and yes I could claim it without any problem.  They also just added funky friday 200% cashable bonus, 35x playthru and 5x max bonus cashout.  Wondering if you have it too.

  • I had 300% at always vegas also bonusround and i clicked on it to claim it and well it dissappeared so needless to say so did(lol) no deposit there...now i have new promotions coming soon

  • Okay about 11:30 this a.m Dave sent me an email stating the bonus was in my account and thanked me for not spending my deposit because it made things easier.  The playthrough was a bit higher than it was supposed to be on the coupon BUT the max cashout was 1800.00 which was about 5-6 times more than it should have been.  I didn't get not one bonus round.  They also put a 25 free chip in my cashier and when I was down to nothing I finally got the coin bonus on a game but it was too late at that point.

    Speaking of Tropica....I deposited there and yes with the deposit 25 and get 55.  It was in my cashier again this morning.  Not ONE bonus round either.  It may be a bad day for rivals. lol

  • Thank you Rock222!!  Yeah, the only thing I don't like with VRC is the max cashout is so low.  You can't win for losing anymore....you either get a high bonus with low max cashout or low deposit bonus.  Good luck with your bonuses.  smiley
