a lot of online casinos send emails like this i just ignore them now, cos when i used to try and claim them i was always denied them, they are just junk in my eyes now and they now goto my junk folder

just some bad mean casinos who just spam peoples emails because they do not want to pay for other advertising it is the only free form of advertising available to them so they will try and do anything to just try and get people like us to go and deposit in there casinos

You are not reading it wrong at all rena... they just do that as LuckyRJ said... I instantly delete them because they are only a way to get you to log in and perhaps you will deposit when you are there.

Most casinos that are offering a bonus give you a bonus code or with Rivals if they are real bonuses they list them in the cashier. But when they tell you to just talk to chat for your bonus it is just so chat has a sales opportunity when you ask. You aren't blind yet dear!

what makes it so bad is 1st false advertising 2nd sucky live chat 3rd they must be crazy if they think i will EVER deposit (if they dont honor their promos would they honor the cashout )

I would ask myself the same question rena. But now whenever I see that I need to chat someone up about a bonus, I skip it. 

Exactly Rena and if you would of took them up on that offer chances are they would never deny your deposit and all hell would break loose the second you wanted to cash out.
