  • About 10 days ago, I shared some Winaday screen shots from the Holiday free chip they issued in December. I had some impressive wins on the game Olympus, & added them to the Winning Screenshots Thread

    Fast forward a week or so & I get a private message here on LCB from Jack @ Winaday. Jack wanted to congratulate me on my winning screen shots & thank me for sharing my positive experience with other players.

    I really thought that was considerate of him to take the time to message me.

    Then he went above and beyond... the message continued on to say that he would be crediting my account with a free chip to express their gratitude!

  • Good idea for a thread. Without a doubt its Jane, Andrea & Cristina @ Bitcasino.io I can have a light hearted chat with any of them anytime they are in the live chat and they spoil me with VIP gifts and comps. In fact just the other day Jane was sharing with me some recipes for Cream Scones with Jam which I had never heard of but she says they are so delicious that its a must try. So I'm going to try my hand and making some and let her know next week how they turned out.

    I really don't play anywhere else anymore because no place I know of will send awesome gifts from Amazon to my house for playing at their casino. Im by no means a high roller either just average normal play earns enough. So far I've gotten a professional blender to make shakes and smoothies at home, Nintendo 3ds, some shopkins toys I gave out at Xmas, and a Shiatsu massager for the car. Currently working on my next gift. And to end the year off I just won a $1000 iPad Pro that will be here tomorrow from their awesome Xmas Raffle Promo.

    I hope others will share their experience with their favorite reps looking forward to reading the stories.

  • Hello again! I thought I would share a couple scenarios that my favorite casino representative handled right here on LCB. This particular representative received praise from other LCB members so I know that many of you know him.

    Recently, there was a complaint posted on LCB about a double charge & then an administrative disconnect during playtime. The representative was there immediately with a sincere apology, going above & beyond the expectations by refunding both of the depleted deposits to re-assure the players trust in the casino.

    This same representative saw a review that I did on the casino he works for and decided to address the only concern I posted in the review. This adjustment will affect every single player at Casino Extreme & more specifically it will benefit LCB members who redeem their LCB cash for free spins.

    For example, the LCB shop's Casino Extreme free-spins are on Hillbillies Cashola & you would have to make the wagering requirements playing only Hillbillies Cashola. When I reviewed Extreme I mentioned that this unique rule seemed to make cashing-out less likely. Mikey took what I said into consideration & decided to change the rule to only exclude the progressives - basically all of the slots can be played to meet the wagering requirements & cashout.

    If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting him in chat, just take a look at some of the Casino Extreme threads here on LCB & you will see several of your LCB peers praising the customer service skills of the legendary Mikey! He is such a friendly & inviting rep that I find myself returning to play there just to buy-in to whatever Mikey is selling. smiley

    he  have patience to resolve players problems and is very polite

    unfortunatly cant play anymore there so no more interaction with him sad

  • Hello again! I am back with another tale of amazing customer service.

    Earlier this week, I contacted Cleo's about a mistake I noticed in their correspondence. The link Cleo's sent me was going to another Casino. I knew this was something they would want to correct. I went to FB & sent a message to the support team. A few hours later, Sophia replied thanking me for pointing it out.

    Yesterday, I received an email from Sophia at Cleo's, she wanted to let me know how much they appreciated the heads up. She also let me know to expect a bonus chip in my account soon.

    I had some free time this afternoon & headed over to Cleo's to check on my balance, WOW she credited my account with a $50 chip just for mentioning the error. smiley $50 is a hefty freebie already, but when you factor in Cleo's NO MAX CASH-OUT policy, it is AMAZING!

    I have always had a good relationship with Cleo's, some players avoid Cleo's like the plague. Love them or hate them, Cleo's just went above and beyond for my simple courtesy.

I noticed that your post said "representative for me here" and I wasn't sure if you thought this thread was limited to LCB casino representatives? I wan to mention that the representative doesn't have to be a member of LCB. I want to hear about the representatives who aren't here, too! Do you have any favorite representatives from Guts, Betsson, Videoslots, or any of the other European Casinos?
  • In Betsson Petri has always been my favourite, polite and personal touch to customer service,hope he is still working there.In Vera&John is Kaisa my favourite, nice person and really try to help if can. In Guts I think it was Jussi is doing good job and in ComeOn Matti have great attitude. These are my few opinions in customer service in Finland. kiss


  • As a few of you have mentioned in previous posts, Jason from Raging Bull/Grand Fortune has been amazing. I have had a few interactions with him since his appearance here at LCB and have never been disappointed. I also have to give a mention to Dean. He as well has been amazing, emails, telephone calls have taken care of any issues that occurred with either casino.
    In terms of chat I want to say Malcolm there is only too happy to please, as is Lilly. Thanks to all.
    I do not play at a number of other casinos beside the Club World group (which was my favorite in terms of reliability but not \CS and perks have virtually disappeared for long term players).
    I have to say RBC and GFC have them beat hands down in customer service and perks to continue playing, despite the higher WR on cash back etc.
    This thread is a great idea, as I have been considering Casino Extreme and now will move forward to depositing there.

    I must say that your video you posted if wins at Winaday, was nicely put together, but quite honestly the wins are very pathetic for $8 bets.  Actually I Have seen very few big wins from Winaday even on large bets. 

    Its always great to have a great rep, but I would hope that the casinos where reps are mentioned are reputable casinos.  I see you have mention of Cleos which commonly delays payments. 

    Also remember its the reps jobs to do just what you are praising them for,  They are suppose to handle things promptly and pretend they are your friends to get you to constantly deposit.

    As far as Cleo's goes, they have never dicked me around. I have deposited THOUSANDS of dollars there & cashed out close to $600 twice. They are great for payouts if you request Paytoo as the method in which you are paid. After the 48 pending period, I have received my payment in less then 36 hours. 4 days isn't really a long time when you consider what US players have tolerated in the past.

    Regarding Winaday & the "pathetic" wins I included in the video, I will have to go back & take a look, it was just something I through together quickly. I can't say that I play there enough to really give an expert opinion on their bet/win ratio but I have played enough to know that you can win & cash out with a very short waiting period. My sister has played, won & received her check within a 5 day period. smiley

    Here are a couple nice wins that I have had with Winaday/Slotland over the last six months:

    The first one is a $624 win from an $8 bet
    The second is a $260 win from an $8 bet
    The third is a $200 win from a $4 bet

    Cleos-- If you received your money in the time frame you said then your lucky.  It is often reported that payments will take weeks and even months in some cases.  I would never play there.

    Winaday--  They issue payments ONCE a week.  There is really something wrong with that type of accounting. "We allow you to deposit 7 days a week, but only allow you to withdraw once a week." What a joke!!!

    The pathetic wins are not really directed towards you but also the general winning screenshots I have seen over the years.  I have really never seen large wins on large bets.  The other ones you posted are 78x 32x and 50x your bet.  Still not very impressive for half a years time. Again its winaday and slotland that I rarely see good wins.  I still have no clue what kind of kool aid they are serving to get people to continue to play.

    Valid point about the cashouts being made once a week though. Truth is, we plan to adjust our withdrawal policy and start handling payouts for casual players more often than once a week, i.e. do something we have been doing for our VIP players for looong time already.
