        today i decide to try out a new casino...and if you didn't know already...i despise using freechips and prefer using match bonuses instead...which would require a deposit to be able to claim...this  deposit is actual money and a possibly income going into the casino...so then....

        i downloaded "Mighty Slots"...first of all..it launches into fullscreen mode and the escape didn't work toggle back...the lobby didnt even have an option button either. I clicked on the banner to claim a match bonus..immediately it brought me to the redeem coupon page in the cashier. A code was there but no description. I click redeem - the code was for a 800% match bonus with a min. of $100. FORGET THAT!!! I click on live support..and was greeted by Richard..asked if i could cancel that code and redeem another match bonus code with a lower min. He asked which code..i explained i didnt know yet as i hvnt seen the promo. Finally the esc key worked and I am able to toggle off the full screen - as it really annoyed me going back in forth from full screen mode when chatting with support. And from the promotions button....i see the first deposit bonus code...and asked Richard..what is the min. dep for the code VJGND.
        His response - that code is no longer valid. I told him to inform the webmaster as this code is directly from the website's promotion page for 1st deposits. He responds, "We are in the process of changing the codes?"....in my mind i was thinking "So how am I suppose to know which code i would want to use if the ones on the web are invalid"
        I was actually quite turned off by this and told him that I "think" I am changing my mind about making a deposit here - and then the just like that the conversation ended with a "Thank you, have a great day. Bye."

        so back to my question...

        wouldn't you think an online casino would make a better effort or be more courteous to a player who is willing to make a deposit? this is like a hot call in sales...make the right offer and u close the deal....lose the sale and u should be fired.

        those are just my own thoughts...and i could be wrong...but i really don't think i am...

        They certainly did not try to "capture" you in any way. 
                If this is how they treat a potential customer, I would, as you are, be hesitant to go any further with this casino.
             
                 The forum does list this site and it's sister sites with a warning sign, as many members have had trouble in the past with slow pay, no pay and bad customer service. 
            Guess their reputation will continue.

        You are not being to harsh hun.  I have to agree with you.  The funny thing is they have no IDEA that they lost a player that actually does deposit! hehe

        I got another word for Mighty Slots.. removing one letter from Slots and replacing it with another.. lol

        I only like them for the free chips, and many of us have hit the randoms, and other higher up jackpots.. but think they will pay you NOOOOOOO!

        I don't think your being too harsh just honest. Very poor customer service and he should be fired.
