    "Golden casino live support group"

    I opened a live chat at Crazy slots, a message "all operators are assiting others" came up every 5 min or so.  30 min has passed, but noone answers, so I drove to a nearest gas station to buy cigarette.  When I came back, operators are still busy  shocked shocked shocked , about 15 min after that then someone answered.  The whole waiting period took about 1 hr  shocked shocked shocked , and this is not a first time they took it that long to respond.

    i had exactly the same issue, when i tested the virtual group, i dont like that personally: for me thats another indicator for bad news...

    i joined crazy slots was allowed to play for awhile then went to log in one day and was locked out didnt do anything wrong just that they are alined with online vegas so that was that i agree worst support ever.  but lately to be fair they all aent being so nice.

    I agree the Golden group stinks. I stick with the English Harbour group, when it comes to vegas tech.
