        Went there and a box came up and told me to pick a direction, picked it and told live chat like I was suppose to, basically was called a liar and wasn't given my prize. I told them to stick it and close my account

        To clarify, the box told me to pick a direction for columbus day and I got a code with my prize

        You should of asked to talk to a manager. Sounds as if he/she didn't know their job. What is it a big prize?

        lips, just to verify wmmeden, I had a terrible experience today, at casino us, they r not there. meaning casino us is suffering from severe drain bamadge.

        I had a bad one today trying to claim the bonus code on the columbus day promo.  I was refused the promo, and so, I asked to speak w/ the manager, who also refused to credit me.  I not so politely told them to close ALL of my accounts..as all of the US sites are owned by the same company.  Theywere more than happy to close my accounts, rather than try to make a customer happy with a few lousey free spins! 

        They have quickly become THE WORST with promotions even topping Grand Prive.
