        Hi folks, does anyone have a direct # to quick tenders identity dept? The reason I ask is because I had been using a MasterCard, and you know what happened with that. I was unable to click the radio button so I went and bought a prepaid Visa. Registered that. When I purchased another one, I was unable to remove a card. So all in all I have three cards registered that I can't use. I clicked the link to remove , sent the documents they requested for review. Was told it would be one business day. Was also told it could take a while..yadda yadda. I sent the request around 3am on Sunday. It is now Wednesday. I'm frustrated and getting antsy. I'm being (trying) patient. Is this how long it takes to get this done? I amean I could understand if it were a withdrawal.

        In order to remove your credit cards we need to confirm your name, date of birth, residential address and bank details. To be able to confirm this information, we would like you to send us



        ·          A copy of your bank statement or utility bill (displaying your name, address, bank details and dated within the last three months) to identity@QuickTender.com .  Please note we do not accept on line screenshots and confirmation letters. We do not need to see your transaction history.



        ·          Copy of credit card you wish to deposit with in the future and the ones ending in 8013 & 9980.



        We also need you to send one item from the list below:



        ·          A valid copy of your passport (the page displaying your photograph, date of birth and full passport number),



        ·          A valid copy of your national identity card displaying your photograph and full identity card number,



        ·          A valid copy of your photocard driving licence displaying your photograph, full driving licence number, date of birth and address.



        In order to make sure that we can deal with your account as quickly as possible please make sure that the documents you send us, including any photographic i.d., are clear and legible. If they are not this could cause a delay whilst we ask you to re-submit clearer copies.

        Sorry to hear that hun.  

        Anytime I have emailed them I received a response the nest day.  The only thing I can think of is that due to the "MasterCard" problems they are probably overwhelmed with people trying to do the same thing as you are and they don't have enough staff to handle all the requests.  

        Hopefully some1 in the forum will have the number for you.

        If your thinking about using a mastercard with Quicktender.  You might also want to read this before getting too upset.
        As you have recently used a MasterCard to deposit into your QuickTender account we are writing to advise you that this card deposit option is currently not available. We will advise you if there is any change to this in the future.
