tried to withdraw from Slotsjackpot casino on Dec 13. I had to send my docs and tried to email them some 15 times in the last 2 weeks. they are all undeliverable and unable to connect to their servers. I also faxed them and received an email that they were fine except my ID was too dark. So I have been trying to email just that.....still undeliverable. I have emailed to email@example.com, service@s*****,faxback at slot*****, I have talked to live chat numerous times. What am I supposed to do? It was a legitimate deposit and I made playthru. Do they just not want to pay?
Getting very frustrated.....it is an $800 withdrawal.
