        tried to withdraw from Slotsjackpot casino on Dec 13.  I had to send my docs and tried to email them some 15 times in the last 2 weeks.  they are all undeliverable and unable to connect to their servers.  I also faxed them and received an email that they were fine except my ID was too dark.  So I have been trying to email just that.....still undeliverable.  I have emailed to support@slotsjackpot.com, service@s*****,faxback at slot*****,  I have talked to live chat numerous times.  What am I supposed to do?  It was  a legitimate deposit and I made playthru.  Do they just not want to pay?
        Getting very frustrated.....it is an $800 withdrawal.

        Hi Sophie,

        It sounds like your only successful means of correspondence is faxing them. Instead of emailing the document they have requested, fax them again.

        I contacted live chat to ask them if there was any issues with their email. I was told no.

        I actually could witdraw from a free chip. But sending in your documents is painfull. All slotsjackpot email addresses don´t work and the cs is only somewhat helpfull ("If the the faxback email doesn´t work send it just by fax", for example.) After some live chat discussions I got a rockbet address - service@rockbet.com - documents were accepted within an hour and the money was in my neteller account the next day. I still do not understand how they get along without a proper own email address.

        btw: the money came from pantasia.com.

        I finally got paid.  I email Katarina at Rockbet and I think she helped.  Thanks to her.  I never did hear from them again, but I got the money in my eWalletXpress account today....$803! from a $25 deposit.  Also had 1200 withdrawal from Aladdin's Gold.  They were very helpful and quick to pay.  It was a good Christmas:)
