        Perhaps Zuga would be interested in this since he, I think, takes players complaints into consideration when rating casinos.

        I got a mailing, in snail mail, with my name on it, from Atlantis Gold, for daily free spins.

        They would not honor any saying I was not on 'the list'.  Um, they sent me an invite.  I scanned and forwarded the invitation and have got nothing but the run around. 

        Live chat had me on hold for almost an hour.  She kept saying how busy they were and to wait.  Seemed as if I was at the grocery store and one cashier handled 5 registers.  Ring up 2 items for one customer, move to the next register, ring 2 items for that customer and down the line so your purchase took an hour.  >:(

        Personally I have gotten the vibe that Atlantis Gold has taken on way more than it chew.  90% of the time of I"m waiting for a spin to complete because there server is overloaded, the cashier is slow, the document authentication process was a pain in the ass, and as far as I've seen the cashout process isn't any better.  Plus your not missing out on much with the spins anyways.  It's 2 lines, I kid you not, 2 lines at a nickel per line for 10 spins.  Really doesn't seem to amount to much.
        I really honestly think there are better Bet On Soft casinos out there than this group.  Like for example, Planet Casino at least is up front and honest.  As long as you've completed the verification process.  All cash outs are processed on Thursdays.

        They have a rule for those daily free spins, they cannot be claimed consecutively.

        If you deposited prior trying to claim them gabby, than it is quite awkward.

        Oh lets add a few more things, so like every monday for the last 2 MONTHS since I had stopped depositing.  I was getting VIP offers for 50 plus free spins on various slot games.  With normally 1 line times a nickel.
        So this weekend out of frustration with slotocash.  I decided to deposit into Atlantis Gold.
        Come Monday no VIP spins, I was a bit upset to say the least.
        They seem to have no issues what so ever on offering you free spins when you've already claimed the 1 line times a penny ones, and haven't deposited after that.  Mainly because they know if you do win something off of the VIP spins.  You won't be able to cash it in.
        To say the least how frustrating.
        I will give them this, I don't know if a rep is reading my comments or not, but so far over the last 2 weekends tho.  The main casino and cashier system have gained significant speed in operation.  In other words when I click on deposit, it doesn't take 2 minutes for the credit card page to open up, or 2 minutes for the bonus page to load.  Then another 2 minutes for the bonus code to process.
        To boot the spins seemed a bit more consistent with a way better speed than previously.
        So my only 2 conclusions, is either people got tired of the slowness and took there business elsewhere.  Therefore increasing server resources (My money is banked on the previous option versus the next one), or they actually gave there server and internet connection a boost.
        Either way something was needed, otherwise I didn't see how they planned on staying in business.
        Oh well, maybe they forgot to mail me something today and tomorrow I'll get my VIP spins.  Who knows.  Rant over

        From what I've been reading about this casino. They are poorly ran. I would think long and hard before depositing here. Personally I would think long and hard depositing at any BETONSOFT casinos. Their software is fishy/funny

        Betonsoft software has some quality games but downside is definitly its slowness.

        Regarding Atlantis Gold, I had pretty much ok experience in several deposits i made so far, probably not the best i had but pretty average.

        The only thing i really dont like about Atlantis Gold is spaming of my inbox with 7-8 mails per day with various free spin offers that im not always eligible to recieve by their own terms and conditions.

        I mentioned this with our customer service manager and this was the time we released our mailers for daily spins for selected players and due to technical difficulties some of the codes didn't work on certain days.  There had been technical glitch on very few.  Rest assured that this had been addressed.  If you can PM me your username or log in so I can have the casino manager contact you.
