I have try wihtdraw whit moneybookers, but i have two different mail and i cannot change e mail od atlantis gold, then i have sent many mail to support casino in order to change my casino mail.
I have sent my documents and also a certificate of insurance of my car where he can see my Address ( i have buy isurance one mont ago)......IN ALL CASINO I HAVE SENT ALWAYS THIS DOCUMENTS!!!

- If you read the link below you'll see I had issues with document verification as well. It took almost a week and a half to become verified. What a pain.

Did u have a crazy playthrough too at Atlantis gold when you got a match ? Because at Lake Palace from a 20 dollars deposit and 100% match i realized i had to do 800 usd to withdrawl.
I dont know if those have a warning but ive seen people that cant withdrawl the min 100 usd before there, and now you cant either becuase of their unreasonable method of working. Hope it gets a warning sign at

Sorry about your problem, try other casinos, there is a lot that pays well and are trusted ones.
- i deleted these casinos (all betonsoft) seems like a headache to me. I would never deposit,spins are like grinding teeth to me,way to slow.

Today i have received my founds!!
Yesterday i have open chat support and i have speaked whit an operator, He told me that i could cash out my win WHITHOUT CHANGE MY ADDRESS EMAIL.
Then i have done the normal witdrawal request and after, (via mail) i have specified my mail address of moneybookers .
I have also sent my ID an a certificate of insurance of my car where he can see my addresse.
After 2 hours i have received call from an operator Chat( he told in english ) i dont speak english very well, off course, but i have understand his question and we have confirmed my account....
Today i have received my money!!!
ONE DAY HAS PASSED BEETWEN REQUEST OF CASH OUT, CONFIRM AND RECEIPT OF MY MONEY!!
