        I was playing in Betphoenix and wasnt told about the rules and it wasnt written in LCB or even in their site. i had played one table game accidently and had a doubt so i went in and checked and the agent tells me that my whole bonus will be voided cause i played one hand of pokerbonus.  i told him that i wasnt told that my whole bonus will be voided (from 275$ i made a balance of 3000$ ) and it wasnt written anywhere in your site. the first agent Al was telling me to mail the management about it and i did but didnt get any reply. so i went back and spoke to a guy name OMAR who was such an egoistic idiot and was ordering me around. i told him that it wasnt written anywhere in their site and i wasnt told about this promo and i cannot magically know about it. and he tells me that *I need to Learn to Read* I cant believe that he had the Audasity to talk to a customer like that. I got so pissed and i cursed him after which he cleaned my bonus account and closed my account with betphoenix . I cant believe LCB is doing business with such Idiots. I cant believe casino reps have such sad attitude.

        I am not quite sure why you think LCB would have the complete terms and conditions. This is information can be found at the casino, if you can not find the terms go to live chat and ask them. 

        It sounds like maybe you are a new player in the online casino world. As sweet says it is pretty standard across the board that certain games are exempt when taking a bonus. For the most part table games and video poker are exempt.

        I know for myself i played once on a deposit bonus and without thinking i played a hand of video poker out of habit when i realized that was exempt and i took the bonus. I had to bite the bullet and went to a slot and played like $20 a spin to deplete my bankroll. As luck would have it, would you believe that i hit over $900 while playing........talk about sick.

        I didn't win a nickel on the free play today but have to say Omar was quite kind to me.  I had to contact support since I forgot my login ID.  

        Sorry you had a bad experience.  I know it bites...big time.

        And..if I may add.... LCB is a great place to get ND codes, deposit codes, learn about the good and bad casinos and meet some great people.  NEVER would I assume it is up to them to provide me with the exact details of every casino and their rules....that's up to me.

        Just sayin'....without trying to be rude.

        We have 2 keep in mind that these reps aren't in the business 2 make friends; I know it's frustrating, but every once in a while u WILL come across a decent customer support rep. In general, though, it's best 2 just get in, make your request, say 'thank u,' and go about your merry way. And then come here 2 vent your frustration if u encounter a rude one   We've all been there
