        I made deposits to this casinos and when I tried to withdraw they canceling the payment without information about motives,no explication,no contact,no e-mails,no calls...
        I sent a lot of e-mails and finaly I must make some complaint at authorities to recuperate the deposits made!
        Be carefuly...avoid casinos!

        Up until near the end of October I played alot at both these casinos without a problem depositing, getting bonuses and receiving withdrawals.  All of a sudden both casinos did a total turnaround when it came to withdrawals.  Both of the casinos you mentioned are owned by the same company.  I received an email from them after my Yes We Can withdrawal was not paid in 9 weeks.  My account got sent to the fraud and security department for inconsistencies when I did nothing wrong.  I played my Black Lights account to zero and had $270 left in my Yes We Can account when I asked my favorite customer service rep to call me, which she did.  I explained I did nothing wrong  and I shouldnt be treated like a criminal.  The next day they paid my $270 and blocked me from signing in to all their casinos.  I didnt even get to drop an F bomb to get banned.  Go to the customer service chat and ask when Hannah is working.  Wait until Hannah is there and tell her gunnylab said hello and have her ask Mandy in the finance department why your withdrawal was rejected.  I honestly believe Hannah can give you an answer after checking with Mandy.
