        I registered an acct with this casino several days ago.  She gave me free $10 bonus.  I was lucky to win it up to $300.  In their term and condition, saying bonus money can not be withdrawn and can be only put into play.  Any winnings made from bonus are subject to wagering and withdrawal rule.  Today, I tried to make a withdrawal, livechat said the free bonus can be cashed out, winning also can't be cashed out.  What the point for giving us free bonus?

        I sent support an email twice, but the email got returned. 

        support@casinomoons.com is the email they give on their website

        I had a withdrawal on 4/19 of this year off a free $10 chip.  The email i sent to them for documentation was to support@casinomoons.com

        Everything seemed to go well though it took the standard month + with the withdrawal.   Got paid on 5/26.

        I've seen therichgroup casino rep help out a few people with this casino.  Maybe he can help you

        Well that must be a new rule, because when I signed up about 1.5 month ago, the bonus money was cashable.
        They have a huge problem with their livesupport.
        You should contact finance@casinomoons.com. Support@casinomoons.com are completely useless.
        I was finally paid after about a month.
