  • Guys, recently I got 5 Free chips from Diamond VIP Casino (TOPGAME).
    I won their max cashout for free chips.
    Then to be sure I look at this forum, and this casino is marked warning because it pays quite slow only..
    well I guess i can wait so i send my docs and I deposited 25 USD.
    It was 3-4 days ago.
    Today I tried to login but it's written that my account is blocked!!!
    any rep for this casino at this forum?

    I have spoken to the Casino and it seems your account will be reopened shortly and the withdrawal approved per regular guidelines. I will let you know when the risk department opens it. It seems they investigated the account, and froze it temporarily. I apologize for the hassle. Once it is opened, please email the finance department to continue your withdrawal.

    If you are hinting that its because of the post you are sorely mistaken. I did ask that it gets sent today instead of later in the week so we can resolve this. I would have done the same should you have emailed me directly.
