ok, I claimed 10 free spins of Age of Spartan which won me $6.10, then I played this $6.10 down to ZERO and thought that I was done with this bonus.  Then, I made a $40 deposit with 150% bonus at Casino grandbay.  Played for awhile and my balance was $28.53 before I had 6 freespins of Alpha Squad game which won me $12.24, but this winning was not transfered to my total balance.  I contacted support later and they said that when I made playthru from $6.10 bonus, the bonus will forfeit itself and I can't play with two active bonus.  Ok, if the bonus forfeit itself, then it should forfeit only $6.10, not $12.24.  They told me later that $12.24 I won from Alpha freespins wont be returned or credited back to me, it's just my loss  .  What if the amount I won from Alpha freespins was $1200, it will be forfeit too? lol, definetly there's something wrong with their software, the $12.24 should be added to my $28.53 balance before they should decide to forfeit any bonus at first.    Very suspicious, I think I'm done with them.

Actually, with the BetonSoft software, what I've had happen is that it holds the new bonus, until the old bonus is played through & gone.  Then it releases the new bonus amount.  I've done it this way several times with several of these casinos.

So, you had the $6.10 you were playing, then played different free spins before you were finished with the $6.10, correct?  It should have stored the $12.24 until you were finished.  You may have to log out & back in, or close the casino & reopen it, for the $12.24 to get credited.  Did you try that?

$12.24 was just disappeared, I logged out and back in, $12.24 no where to be found, lol.  If that game was malfunction or whatever, a legit casino will address the problem and refund their customers with this small amount, make their customers happy, lol.  I was told that this was my loss  , they wont refund nothing, lol and I still beleive that there's something wrong with their software though.
