  • 2+ weeks is a bit long. There are too many warning signs when dealing with this group. Do they pay? Yes but in small amounts and over long periods of time. These servers issues whether by upgrades or DOS Attacks has been problematic with this group of casinos. If people would form a real union and stick to it. Online gambling would be much better. The people could regulate them without the need for government. If  my bank stayed closed for 2 weeks without notice. I wouldn't dare keep any money in it again after it has reopened. Especially after this has happened more then once. There are decent RTG / Nuworks casinos out there that pays without too much problems. Like Inetbet, Mainstreet, Jackpot Capital, Sloto Cash, and CWC. The problem with most inexperinced gamblers. They tend to run towards bonuses. When casinos offer too good to be true bonuses. Usually they are traps to get you to deposit. And then you are at their mercy to be paid. Or even getting your deposit back. Stick to good casinos. With proven track records. Not some fly by night joint. That lured you in with a bait and switch tatic. Also opening too many account sfor bonus hunting. Isn't good anymore. It used to be when wager requirements was 5x - 10x, but not anymore. As long as you continue to feed these joints. And allowing them to pay you $500 every 10 days or so. By using this method. The average person will most likely lose it back. Or reverse enough. That when they do cashout. It's barely enough to cover all those passed lost deposits. This shows that casino doesn't have its customers in the best of interested. And you will continued to be fed with a long handle spoon. Sure the accredited casinos may not offer the bonuses that you like. That's because they aren't trying to steal your money. Remember bonuses are traps. You tie $50 in with their $50. But they expect you to wager it 25X on certain games. And afterward they take their $50 back. This in itself isn't good. You come out better just taken ND bonuses.  Or take cashable bonuses with decent terms. Stick to good casinos. Not ones that stay down 2 weeks and pay you little by little. These are signs of struggling and borderline rogued casinos.

    Yes, it indeed takes to long, but the reason is that it's not IT damage but actual damage to the server and that's why it takes longer.

    Unlike someone stated, this is the first time that any of our brands, and we have 4 others besides Begado have server issues in 4 years of operations.

    I know it's a pain and it is a pain for us, but hope all will be solved soon.

    I don't have exact our that it's going to be up- i do have expectations but not something that i can guarantee 100%. In any case, everybody will be paid when the brand is up.

    1. can you guarantee 100 %  that Begado Casino will not close.The last time "technical issues" saw a site down for this long was at Purple Lounge, and we later found out what the "technical issue" really was- a compete shut down of the site.

    2.i want you to tell us what you think the time will be you said you had a pretty good idea,look just tell us what you think- WE AS PLAYERS DESERVE IT.

    3.Can you guarantee me that when or if the casino get s back up , that you will compensate me for the TIME I HAVE WAITED.All i ask for is TWO payouts of equal value of what is owed to me that's all I DO NOT THINK I SHOULD WAIT FOR MONTHS TO GET ALL MY WINNINGS- that's fair isn't it ?

    1. Yes, begado will not close.

    2. I can say but it will be not relevant, since this is not something that i can 100% assure.

    3. You will need to contact the finance of Begado after the casino is back up, since I do not know what you are owed, what is your deposit method, withdrawal method, etc. I will assist you with that as much as i can.

  • Why am I downloading WinPalace when I hit download now on Begados site?  No warning that Begado software is unavailable, just simply downloads winpalace casino instead. It obvious somone in your IT department could figure out how to do that change, but they cant put a simple message on the site explaining why you are downloading winpalace and not begado?  Shady operation 

  • The redirect was placed obviously on purpose. The casinos are sister casinos. I don't see anything shady in that.

  • You see nothing shady about going to a site for Begado and downloading winpalace?  No warning, no explanation, no oops we are having problems?  Just click here and download whatever link we decide to throw up there because we decide what you download and not you!  You are doing a great job spinning the obvious, but your perception of what is shady is a little different than the reality of what the depositors would consider shady.

I'm no computer genius but shouldn't this casino or any casino for that matter have some kind of system in place forseeing these break downs....and also have a backup of somekind for accounting...like a completely seperate software, this way they would have access to info needed for payouts...because after all it's suppose to be about keeping there players happy...happy players would be consistant players and those are the one's who keep the business running.... exclamation

    WELL SAID!!! The biggest mistake newbies make is. They don't research casinos before depositing (I been online gaming since 1998). Look for casinos that has a LOOOOOOOOONG history.     Well I was talking to you because your the one that keeps going off in here.  And I guess I would say yes it is partially your fault for playing there.  Again a little research would have shown you that they could potentially be a problem, preventing you from depositing. I dont want any player to lose their money so I hope it works out someday.

    I want to add to Daniel... forming a parade, as you say, on a huge site like this, can do a lot of harm to your casino.  If even half of the over 50,000 members read this thread, you can be sure they will not deposit...just sayin'
