        Hi,

        Just wanted to inform you guys of my current problem situation with betcave casino (rival).

        They give me the runaround on a withdrawal, since weeks! their manager even admitted they are 100% in the wrong but nseems not beeing able to fix this.

        here are all details to be found in the gg-report:

        So be warned, i wouldnt touch any rival casino for now, as it seems rival itself s behind these problems.

        im sorry that you havent been paid from them, the casino doesnt even work for me on my computer anyway, and when i try and download it it downloads vegas amped casino anyway....

        i think they are totally odd and should not be allowed to continue trading if they cant even make their website work

        I've removed your link which points to another forum (which is not allowed on LCB) however, here are the details of the post for all to read:

        "NOTE: Between the times the below report was written and actually posted, the player's winnings were voided. He was left with only his 25 Euros in the account. He has received no explanation for this.

        Look at the symbol on top of this report. If you see a "Skull & Crossbones" you will know that Andre A of Göttingen, Germany, still hasn't been paid the 75 Euros that BetCave owes him.

        Do not, however, ask us why. Not only has BetCave not responded to the inquiry that "the forum" sent it (at least not directly) but apparently even the manager has no idea why Andre hasn't received his money.

        A chronology of the events might make things clearer to you.

        Sept 16: Andre was sent a 10 Euro "no deposit" chip by the casino. (This is the second time that he received one.) He played with the chip, met the required 500 Euro playthrough, made a 25 Euro verification deposit, and then tried to cash out.

        However, when he went to live chat to verify when he would receive his payment, he was told by Nathan, a support rep, that he can't withdraw because he had a no deposit chip earlier.

        Sept 23: Andre wrote to us about the problem, recalling that, "I had the agent Nathan in the line, I asked about the status of my wd. He checked, and all of a sudden he reversed my wd and told me it was denied by management. Reason: I have a history of claiming nd chips. No further explanation. Of course I have a history of claiming nd chips, they already said it themselves in the email they send me, 'as you never deposited here is a 10€ free-chip.'"

        "Anyway, the one who manually reversed my cashout was the live chat agent Nathan, he did it as we spoke! Tells a lot about the Rival structures. I made him aware I will take this issue to 3rd parties if they continue to refuse sending me any written explanation etc. Nathan told me management will get in touch but they have never tried.".

        That same day, "the forum" wrote to BetCave. The following day, Sept 24, Andre received an e-mail from Dave, the casino manager.

        It read: "This issue was never brought to my attention until now. Sorry about the delay in responding. I have no clue why your winnings were voided, I don't see any sign you broke any terms. I credited your account with 50 000 comp points which you can redeem for your missing winnings".

        Andre made an immediate withdrawal, but, on Oct 1, told us, "They havent paid me yet. It's even still reversable".

        Andre said that he had asked Dave about it and was told, "I don't normally get involved in the day to day support of the casino. I leave that for our support staff which is why I only heard about your issue from Mark. In any event, I will see what I can do about your cashouts. This is handled independently by Rival otherwise I would send it to you right now."

        So, if you know why Andre hasn't been paid, please explain it to him -- and also to BetCave and its manager.

        Nice of you blue to go through all the trouble to post what was going on even though a non allowed link was used.

        Hope you get your cashout, coxwel.  I despise casinos that play games once you have given them your hard earned money.

        first of all thank you very much for posting the report, sorry for using a disallowed forum-link, i thought for a report on the issue it would be ok.

        dave, the manager, was already in contact with me. from his side i should be paid already but it seems he has no power at the moment to solve this issue, at least i would appreciate any comment to this from betcave. last thing i heard from support after numerous emails was your demand is forwarded to management....

        i have it in written i plyed 100% within all t&c´s so this becomes really frustrating...
