    Hi there, is anyone else having problems logging in to betonsoft casinos. I can't seem to get into any of my accts.. I can get to lobby but thats it no cashier page or anything else. And Roadhouse reels just says lobby taking too long to respond and nothing.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have updated adobe flash player. I have cleared cookies and history. I just dont know what to do . If anyone has a fix please let me know.

    Never had that problem before. Sort of sounds like a bad internet connection. Wish I could help you out. Ill look around a bit and if I find something Ill get back to you.

    ty, i also have word into BetOnSoft itself..waitting to hear back..as Casinos have told me they have no clue so not sure whats up

    Try defragmenting your hard drive, Close applications that you arent using, Uninstall programs that you downloaded prior to having this problem. Run a system scan for malware. Maybe need a PC cleaner.

    itspablo you may also want to check your firewall or antivirus software settings (if you use any of them ofc). Few times happened to me i respond wrong on a firewall warning and than antivirus locks the casino for accesing internet (im not sure 100% but i think it can even lock only certain behavior thus disabling use of only the part of features)
