I would have to disagree but please understand this is only my opinion. I played there last week and deposited. I had nothing but problems. I emailed support and the manager and NEVER got a response or anything. I did get a call from Jen who left me a message offering me a 100% deposit bonus. I was offended lmao. No answer to my email but you are wanting me to deposit again. Instead of me going through all the issues I encountered I will just post the email I sent them. Sorry if it is long.
I wanted to let you know about my experience at your casino last night. I tried the $50 no deposit bonus without problems about a week ago. Last night, I was in the mood to play and really put in some thought to what casino I was going to give my money to. This debate when on for an hour before I decided to make my first deposit with your casino. Earlier in the day I spoke to Sam who was very nice and welcomed me to the casino. When I logged into the software there was a bonus for 325% scrolling across the screen. It said claim coupon PHON325 so I did. Then it came back with an error message saying contact support. I spoke with Jen. She said try the code without the N on the end. I should have shut down the software then and took my money elsewhere but thought this could be a simple mistake. I did enter the code as she said PHO325 and not the way it was showing at your casino. I did tell her that they should get that fixed so people don't bombard them all night with help because they have the wrong code listed in the software.
When I claimed the code it looked to be accepted. It said how much bonus I was getting and the games I could play etc. Nothing strange or out of the ordinary. I made my $30 deposit with use my wallet. When I went back to the main page I only had $30 in my account. I went back to live help and got Jen again. She didn't know what happened and entered the bonus manually. This is where the story should end and I should say I had a great time playing and everything worked out. Wrong.
I went to play some new game I have never heard of called Rushmore. Every time I clicked on it I would get "Error, Can't connect to the server". I moved on and played a few games. While in game mold my balance would drop while playing. When I would leave a game I would notice on the main page it said my balance was still 127.00. I went back into a game and it was 90 something. So I went to the cashier and my balance was correct with the 90 something but main page was showing the error. It was showing my original balance with bonus as if I had not played anything. I then looked at my playthrough. It said withdrawable which I know was incorrect because I had just started playing. I could not see my playthrough amount or the amount needed. This is VERY important to a player.
At this point, I had had enough. I tried three different times to connect to live chat without any luck. Finally, I called. I got Jen again. I told her about Rushmore not working, about my balance not being adjusted on the main page even though I had already been playing. I told her it said my balance was withdrawable and I could not see my playthrough. She said they had just upgraded and this could have something to do with the problems. As I was talking to her I closed the software and opened it back up and finally my balance on the main page matched my actual balance. I let her know this. I asked her to adjust my cashier and add my coupon details so I could see my playthrough. She said she couldn't do that because she entered the bonus manually and that anytime I wanted to check playthrough to just come to live chat and she would tell me my amount played. I am very picky about what casinos I play at. Like I said before I was giving your casino a chance. I played through the rest of my money and of course the balance issue came back again. It adjusted on the main page when I logged out but it never went down again. When I logged out last night after losing all my money it still showed a balance on the main page.
I understand this is a new casino and you just did an upgrade but this is other people's money we are talking about. If the casino was not ready to launch after upgrade (which in my opinion it was not ready with all the glitches I encountered) You should have waited. I didn't get the normal enjoyment out of playing because of all the technical issues. I gave your casino a try. I am just very disappointed in your casino all the way around. I am a member of the Latest Casino Bonus forum and we are very tight there. I will be posting my experience as a depositor at your casino today. I don't want others to have the same awful experience I had. I hope this can be rectified.
