  • I'm excluded from receiving any more promotions at betphoenix from now on.  sad sad shocked, that's ok, I can deposit with other good RTG casinos.  Yeah, I cashed out 5 times with them over the past two months, but the amount of winning was not over $2k.  Dean, the manager told me that I'm a good player, I disagreed, I told him that I was just lucky.  Playing slots is all about luck, there's no good or perfect strategy for it and I know many of you would agree with me.  The house always has the edge over the long run, too bad, they do not want my money back  grin grin.  I did not see any big name RTG casinos like Rushmore, jackpot capital, inetbet done this to their players yet.  Well, I guess I'll stick with these bigger, better RTG casinos.

    note:  I had $12 worth in comp pts that I cannot redeem now, lol, I played alot to generate this worth of comp pts at betphoenix.

  • Let me tell you something TAAA...I just got off live chat with him and I am >:( I will NEVER refer another person there..and for what it's worth, I will probably never deposit there again. Unless something changes with their attitudes. I know people are busy, but EVERY player is just as important as any other player..and they need to remember that.

    I like the casino and I REALLY Nicolas, but I will not be treated like crap..and then smile about it.

    There are lots of casinos out there, and if they want to run off players, that is their loss.

  • TAAAADAAAAAAAAAA, does this mean u dont get your free $25 chip for writting something nice on the other thread?????  Its amazing to me just because u win a few times u get treated this way.  I dont know why there are casinos online for 2 reasons.  First, its a hassle to get your money if u cash out.  I dont mean bet phoenix but in general.  Second if u do get lucky from what I read on here a person gets blocked on sites or treated like u did.  All these online casinos should just add a disclaimer " please deposit with our casino but no cashouts are allowed."  There that would solve alot of problems, lol.

  • more disappointing for me was that i asked for a free chip, and yes, my last transaction was a deposit. Granted they arent obligated to give free chips, but I was told that since they have new insurance bonuses, freebies are a thing of the past....thats one of the perks i like, some free love between donations lol

  • This is especially disturbing to me because I really loved this place, and before today I never had a problem, I am really surprised. Nicolas said he would take care of it for me, but I shouldn't have had to go to him in the first place. I realize sometimes things get so chaotic, and busy, however...If the casino Manager can't handle it, well maybe.....

  • wow, I was out all day and just got home and read all these posts. I can tell you I too have been bared from bonuses at other casino's. The Virtual Group listed me as an advanced player when I took out three withdrawls within 2weeks after 2years of never ever taking out a panny. It sucked and I just went somewhere else because I like playing with bonuses. I am sorry you all are having problems with them, but I can honestly tell you right now they are my main and only casino I deposit at and have not had any problems getting chips between deposits and the chat people are wonderful to me. I can't imagine what's up with all this.

  • dtsweet, may i suggest u try and get a usemywallet account.  u have to be referred by a casino to sign up for with them.  My visa check card doesnt work at bet phoenix so i used my usemywallet account.  Now i have to tell u a good one.  One casino referred me and i got my usemywallet account.  I was told I would get my withdrawals in 7 days with it.  After 7 days I asked where my money is.  I was told it could take up to 14 days.  Its over a month now and I still havent got my withdrawal.  Whats funny every casino I play on says with the usemywallet account u get your money faster, yea right.  Oh the casino I am referring to is not Bet Phoenix.

  • Ok well, I went back to live chat, and I have to honestly say maybe it was all a misunderstanding..I sure hope it was at least. They were really nice and helpful today, so I guess I love them again..I just hope things stay this way over there, I would really hate it if it didn't.

    Anyone that knows me here, knows I love Bet Phoenix, and until yesterday I never said one negative thing about them.

    SO with that said, I will see how things go from here.

    did you check your account history- it may say "declined" or something which means your processor (like QT) wouldn't take it.  Or, you need to deposit first, or...they let you play tourneys with free money and you paid for your mistake...or...they don't like you. 

    One post said Dean mistakenly took out everyone's withdrawal requests -it was dean admitting he did it.  Maybe he did it again. 

  • thanks chilly...i have deposited and withdrawn before, but that was before they set up the usemywallet and ewalletexpress accounts and the payments were within days.  i think they are redepositing the withdrawal so that it will take longer to pay.

  • I know mam...but this is not my first withdrawal with them...i would think after 2 withdrawals it woudn't take so long.  my other withdrawals were processed and in my hands in a matter of days.  the first 5 days...the second 3 days.  but i know about long withdrawals...i have been waiting since june 12th for withdrawal from vegascasino21....

  • Omg August, u are the 3rd person in the last week thats written about Vegas21.  I had my horror story with them months ago and gave up.  Add your problem to the comment section under the Vegas21 review.  If the person from Vegas21 vsees it for free u will get blasted like crazy.  If u read my complaint u will understand what i mean.

  • i would like to say that they have something very very wrong with their
    "calculator". i played the lcb3500 and did very very well. hit the jackpot on santa's revenge. at several times before that had my balance up in the thousands then up over twenty thousand, played back down to around 8000 when i inquired about my playthrough. i was told that i had only wagered just over 1600. i complained and explained everything about the winning and my balance and asked if they could ck again. he came back and told me that he would have his manager get a hold of me later that night. no one ever did. i sent an email complaining and no one ever got back to me. i couldnt believe how i was completely blown off and after having such a good experience with winning and all..i was so happy i was actually gonna win something...i know my playthrough was over $40,000 and the requirements were something like 54,000. i still have not heard a word from them, while waiting i managed to lose every penny never hitting one single good thing again, 8,000 zoom gone. makes a person wonder if there is some sort of switch they throw just before u are actually gonna win. i am absolutely beside myself at the lack of concern or correspondence with me regarding the matter and even more flabbergasted that they could actually say i had only wagered 1600.
