betphoenix customer support... a good story

I was playing live money tournaments on 9/28/10 at about 8:00am...I had entered and played in about 10 tournaments...one in particular...a $6.00 "crystal waters" tourney...which I happened to score 44,500...the person in 2nd place had about 9,500...quite a substantial lead and first place was $225.00.

I left the casino happy...whent back a few hours just to check the status and there seemed to be a problem...couldn't log on to tournaments... Spoke with otto at live support and he told me that there was an upgrage to the tournament program going on...while we we chatting...I got pop ups stating that eash individual tourney I entered was being cancelled and the buy ins were being refunded.

I was a little upset because winning tournaments don't happen all that often.

Otto suggested I send an email ...and later I spoke with him again and he transfered me to Omar...we chatted a few minutes and he checked on that tournament for me and management decided to credit my account for the $225.00 to play however I wanted

I thought that was most generous and above and beyond what other casinos would have done in the same circumstance.

I have great admiration for all the support staff at betphoenix and they pay in a fairly timely manner also

I will keep playing there

This is not the right place to post this but I'm doing it anyways, I have deposited at so many rtg casino's its shameful....and I'm even somewhat embarassed about it but tonight I made my first cashout and its from betphoenix.  I used no bonus for a change so no playthrough.....I am so happy and I luv Betphoenix
