betphoenix, why I love this casino?

please write your personal experience with betphoenix casino, good or bad please share your thought here.  Nicolas might read this thread and I know betphoenix takes their customer's feedback seriously.  I'll go first

Bonuses:  they have the most generous bonuses I've ever seen, 600%, 700%.  Of course, it comes with a max cash out condition, but it is understandable.  If you look for entertainment, playing time and have a chance to win some big bucks, these bonuses are definitely for you.
Payout Percentage:  I do not know their payout percentage, but I know one thing that I cashed out 4 times just last month alone.   , $100 from a free chip, $300, $300 and another pending $250.  So, I guess the casino payout percentage must be high.
Time of cash out:  it takes 3-5 business days, not super fast, but fair enough.  They also have Money Gram or Western Union withdrawal option, that's the plus and they just have usemywallet as a withdrawal option and we dont have to pay for the fee by choosing this option.
Customer Support:  we have the benefit of having Nicolas here working as betphoenix casino rep, questions/issues can go to him or by contact their live support directly.  Customer support is fast, friendly and helpful.  The manager, Dean, is easy to get in touch with, easy to talk to and he'll resolve any issue you might have.

I like casinos that treat their loyalty customers as first priority and betphoenix showed that.  I remembered of that one week, I lost 3 deposits in a row, they took care of me by putting $50 free chip in my account without being asked.

comp points:  the only thing I dont like about is their comp pts, we get 1 comp pt for every $10 wagered at other casinos, but not with betphoenix, we have to wager $100 to get ony 1 comp pt.

I'll definitely deposit with betphoenix again.  Now, lets  hear your experience with this casino.

Their customer service is great, their manager is cool and very helpful anytime I have questions about anything.

Nicolas, well you all know that he is an awesome rep and he always gets things done.

I don't really care for their bonuses all that much. I never take a bonus anyways, but I just don't like how they have max cashouts. I know since they offer such a high bonus % compared to other casinos, they use the max cashout on them so it's not like they are handing out money all day.

I have heard great stories about cashouts, and I hope to experience one one of these days

I truly believe with time, this will be one of the best casinos out there. I think with Nicolas behind it, and the rest of the management and customer service team, great things are going to happen for them.

I think their payout times could be a litte better, though. If other casinos can do instant or next day payouts, any casino can. Hopefully in time, Bet Phoenix will offer quicker payouts.

Their comp system is a little flawed as well. I think they should offer the same as other RTG casinos 1 comp point per $10 wagered is way better. $100 in wagering for 1 comp point is a bit ridiculous. You have to have wagered $10000 for just $1 in comp points


I have deposited exclusively with this casino from the moment I found it. I don't deposit that much anymore, but when I do, it will definately be at Bet Phoenix

Only made 1 deposit and the huge mess they put me through to get my withdraw has been keeping me off putting money into there casino cause the playtime was great, same with the freechips i got almost made playthroughs, but since i normally only deposit around $20 and low rolling i cant just stop at $40-50 like ive done lately if starting loose $10+ fast so i get a little money atleast instead of going zero, but with there $20 fee its just not worth it for lowrollers tbh, but lets see what they gonna change saw nicolas talk about some better rewards for people not playing with bonus and such.

But if they fix such small things i will deposit there again since everyone talks very good about the casino else.

Two thumbs down for me thus far..

Deposited tonight with a bonus, made it to 2x playthrough before going busto.  Was a larger deposit and was playing $2 per spin, only hit 2 bonuses that paid me a combined total of less than $40.

No go for me.  I may try again later on, but not likely.

First off let me start by saying when i love a casino i deposit alot.I have had bad experiences with rtg casinos and before betphoenix i only deposited a little at inetbet i tried winpalace for (400)didnt win .I felt rtg casinos were tighter then anywhere else.Now i really love betphoenix and from my experience they have great customer service.I cashed out $200 on a freebie (then reversed it lol) i will continue to deposit at bet they rock.

Wish I had more thumbs.. made a second deposit after reading this thread again and it vanished yet again..cant a guy get a little playthrough?

Also, 2 emails sent to support as of last night and no replies as of yet.

The only reason I'd be disliking this casino, is when I tried to deposit, they put the same stupid hold on it like Titan. Then they waited 24 hours to write me and say "Call us and we'll let you in"

I replied back "Shove it and your casino" (Basically) as I am well prepared to go through the hassle of withdraw (Forms and such) but this is BS when they have you jump through hoops just to deposit.
