        LuckyRj, as far as I know betsson has never been known for offering much free spins. And if they do its usually offered to depositing players. Sometimes they do offer these chips to new players but I think their management is targeting specific countries only.

        Now my personal opinion is that you went bit too far to get a free spins. And they did explain that you never made a deposit there before.

        However "nudging" thing they did is considered to be rude and that agent should of known better, but I dont think they meant any disrespect.

        You didnt get the free spins, so what? Move on and take your business elsewhere.

        Just my two cents.

        thanks for moving it but actually i dont think i was rude in any way, and i was not even being demanding, and if u read the manuscript properly he even thought i registered yesterday and i was in live support yesterday, well i wasnt, yes he did say sorry my mistake, but he was still rude, and if you look at the time he sent the nudge to me it was all within a 1 minute timeframe, he had no reason to send the nudge, they take ages sometimes to reply to us, but its ok for them to send nudges to us and then end the conversation soo quickly like that, it is basically sending the message, we dont want you in a live hlp if you dont deposit so we will close the support chat, its out of order, everyone should be treated the same NO MATTER what
