I wanted to write this awhile back but thought I should share.
I signed up with BetUS (good signup bonus 20xb+d up to $500). Anyways, after signing up, about a week later in the mail they sent me a whole nice big packet full of info. Really looked like a top notch place. They even sent me a CD-ROM with the download casino and poker on it. Also, I tried making my first deposit and my card wouldnt go through (damn US). So my account manager MJ told me I should get a prepaid card. His shift was about to end at 9am and he told me he would wait for me to go get it because I had a store who sold them right down the street from me. So I went, and half hour later lol I came back and he was still sitting there a half hour after he should have been home by now. Although I didnt even get the card, he was still nice to me and told me when Im ready to come back. I dont know why they got rated D on SBR. I have a withdrawal waiting in my account so I dont know how the cashout will be but Im confident it will be a breeze (I hope lol). Stuff like this makes you want to go back to a casino, win or lose. Other casinos should learn..
We hear so many stories about rude and am i allowed to say this "douchey" support staff, has anyone had any similar or good experiences with a support staff member at an online casino??
