I got an email from Lotus Asia for the free tournaments this weekend. The codes would not work so I contacted support.
I was told my account was restricted because I have multiple accounts. I have ONE account at all casinos.
I was told I have ONE account at Lotus Asia but I have multiple accounts at 'some other' casino, do I play at any others??!??
I was told to contact every other casino I have an account and find out where I may have more than one account. Seriously?!?
I was offered no other explantion. No backout of their claims of calling me a liar and cheat.
I would suggest nobody deposit if they pull this stunt. If you attempted to cash out on a deposit, they can give some vague comment about why not to pay you with no backup needed to verify their accusations.
