I'm not sure if this would be right in the complaints section or if I posted in the right area.
Anywho here it goes. Has anyone else seen that support hasn't been online at all today, nor have the weekly loyalty bonuses been credited yet?
Even on Christmas they were pretty good about being available to players, getting payments out, and crediting loyalty bonuses like usual. Yet today apparently they've dropped the ball on 3 areas.
So am the only noticing the lack of anything going on with Bit Starz? Support yesterday said they would be available today and be operating like usual. Yet apparently not? So I'm hoping it's just a holiday thing going on, but it does make me wonder a bit with the lack of anything being available that has me anxious.
