        I'm not sure if this would be right in the complaints section or if I posted in the right area.

        Anywho here it goes.  Has anyone else seen that support hasn't been online at all today, nor have the weekly loyalty bonuses been credited yet?

        Even on Christmas they were pretty good about being available to players, getting payments out, and crediting loyalty bonuses like usual.  Yet today apparently they've dropped the ball on 3 areas.

        So am the only noticing the lack of anything going on with Bit Starz?  Support yesterday said they would be available today and be operating like usual.  Yet apparently not?  So I'm hoping it's just a holiday thing going on, but it does make me wonder a bit with the lack of anything being available that has me anxious.

        Perhaps they have just bare minimum staff in.  If they worked over New Year perhaps they are catching up with time off.  Keep an eye and if things haven't improved by Monday, I'll contact the rep.  Keep us posted.

        They apparently did take the day off, shortly in the late evening hours.  They finally came back online and things were running about as smooth as normal.  Just seemed odd to have them in on Christmas with full staff and not New Years.  oh well, maybe the folks in Europe had a few too many to drink lol

        That's why I only play at bitcasno.io because they have support on about 22 hours a day. I have had some issues a while back at bitstarz and sent email that went unanswered for 16+ hours and the support was hardly online. I will say the times I've interacted with Mike hes been real easy to work with. Probably another deciding factor is I've made several deposits and yet to make a cashout. Games just seem tight to me (Softswiss) and impossible to get a big enough win on to make cashout.
