Black Diamond Casino Down?

Hey gang,

Is Black Diamond Casino down? Logged in last night to check my withdrawal and I had no problems. Tried to log in just now and it said Log in Failed. I am a little concerned because I have a decent withdrawal pending for over week now, I hope they are down and didn't lock me out.

Im not sure what is going on, I went to check for you and it wont let me download it.

Keeps taking me to different casino sites.

Thanks for trying to check me PMM, I appreciate it. I have been trying to call their toll free number for atleast 30 minutes and it has been busy. I will keep trying I guess.

It is one of those casinos I had but deleted, and now when I try to download, it takes me to other Rival sites. Hmmm, very strange.

When you go to the Black Diamond website, it does say Rival at the bottom of it now. Something is going on here. I just tried to download it on another computer and saw the Rival name and Shamrock Isle game on the Black Diamond home page.

I am chatting with live help now, and they just confirmed they have changed software providers. Not Liking this at all.

yes it is but you cant download black diamond casino when you hit the download button it takes to you every other rival casino.

well i just downloaded the casino from the web

I finally got through on the phone to Black Diamond, or so I thought, the number that is listed in the e-mail is actually support to Box24 casino. I asked about my pending withdrawal from 3/19. I was politely told to check back on 4/7 if I have not received anything. When I told her that Andrew on 3/25 told me that it would be processed later on that day again I was politely told I was misinformed. This is getting to be rediculous!

Hope someone can help me out here got a question...Has anyone succesfully downloaded,installed and played at black diamond???I have no problem downloading but then when i go to open casino it brings up errors  such as aplication error,cannot be read ,when asked support only answer i was given was  try to play in flash games,that does work but i perfer download version if anyone has any ideas please help

I wish I could help you my friend.  This is one of the casino's  I do have problems with. Your not the only one.  I try to open it, and I get errors too. 

I believe the problem to be on their end, but I have really no idea.  Perhaps your question will help others as well as you and I.
