bonus banned at coral

Hi all i use coral and lots of other sites but did rate them very highly never had any trouble cashing out etc
every week or so id get emails offering bonuses saying deposit match or wager an amount on slots and receive free spins or risk free bets or when footballs on world cup tennis you know the sort of thing i mean any way ha vent had any offers for a while so i went on chat to ask if they had any offer and was told yes we do deposit £10 and wager it on hulk slot and we give you 20 free spins bonus
OK so i deposited made the wagering req went to live chat asked for spins and was told (Unfortunately we will not be able to offer you any more bonuses, this is purely a business decision which has been taken by the management)  so i deposited for nothink please transfer the chat to a manager who tells me the same (a business decision has been made not to award any bonuses on your account which cannot be overturned) to which i say (a good business descion  not to give a loyal depositing customer bonuses makes no sense i did do well on past offers. i can only think since joining latestcasinobonuses i signed up at a lot of the offers for playtechs and won on a few mayb they dont like winners lol . to add another kicker to it i had £40 balance which i thought id try my luck with roulette and hit 12 reds 1 black 13 reds in a row while betting black. so is it normal for management to take this approach to customers?????

I've had the whole bonus ban garbage at a few playtechs recently, they've told me its a decision taken by the 'playtech network'., but I haven't had any trouble at any reputable playtech despite this - ie, ladbrokes, corals, betfred etc ... makes you wonder why they all seem to desperate to share a platform with these joker casinos doesn't it?

Still, doesn't explain why your getting this treatment from Corals, but I'm guessing as you say you've done well out of a few promotions, you might only have a chance of being offered bonus again after you've lost a chunk of those winnings back - of course most people I know would rather take their money elsewhere when given such an ultimatum, Casino Rewards group are also renowned for this tactic.
